Unfortunately, this sonic has become the worst sonic I believe I’ve ever been to. Screens don’t always work so you can’t process your order correctly or give a tip. Part of me is glad I’m not able to give tips because the service has become ridiculously slow understaffed under manned, people that are working there are not happy. You can see it when they come out to the car. Simple orders taking way too long to process. I complained on the sonic help line once a few weeks ago, wanting my money back for having to wait almost 40 minutes for a call ahead pick up order unfortunately never got a response. Tried to go back this morning to give it another shot. Failed again

I ordered my food. I sat and waited for at least 25 minutes. I decided to move my car because someone had their brights on hitting me directly. After I moved my car I saw 2 women looking at the empty spot where I was parked and were laughing inside. I raise my hand out of the window to get their attention which didn't work. Eventually one came out to ask if I had placed my order. I said yes and I've still been waiting. She said she made the order and they must've given it with the wrong car! She said could give me a refund or remake my order. She goes back inside and they start LAUGHING AGAIN! They are extremely unprofessional and lack understanding or care if guests can see them clearly and making fun of the fact me and my kids had already waited 30 minutes by this point. I get it's not important to them, but knowing these businesses are franchised, the owner should want customers to prefer their location over another down the street. I will never be returning to this location.

Went during happy hour and ordered two strawberry cream slushes. She said 9.00 I said wait what happen to happy hour? She said ice cream has never been apart of happy hour.. I said why on the app it says it is? She said idk but it has never been apart of happy hour. (Only reason I didn’t order on the app because I was already at the restaurant) so guess what? I ordered it on the app as a pick up and I got HALF off both strawberry cream slushes. So what yall lie for? And why make it so hard for the customer. Oh and I guess Mrs attitude tried to be funny bc look how they made my kid slushes
i come here every so often. today i saw something that made me not go back. there was a roach in my food bag.. i was FREAKING out and it made me not wanna come come back. corporate should really do something about this.🤦🏽♂️

This location does not give marinara sauce with their moterella sticks and occasionally misses items from your order.
I have repeatedly gotten moterella sticks from this location, ordering off the app, and although they will give you ranch, they will not give marinara. Even after double checking with the car-hop and being assured it was in the bag.
Today, they even forgot a corn dog from my order as well. I have been to much better locations in the area, so avoid this one if you want all the items in your order.
