If you haven't been here, it is a must for very good barbeque meats. You stand in line and tell the person who cuts the meat in front of you what you want. I especially like the fact the have different types of brisket. From lean to marbles.(more fat, so juicier) Pick out you sides, choose your drink and pay before seating. And there endless supply of hot rolls that are free out of oven are real good. Watch for buy one rib dinner and get the same meal or any other one for free. Comes in value pack coupons in the mail.

Place is getting expensive as most restaurants are. I was surprised to see that a baked potato was extra cost even though the dinner included 2 sides. I like a lot of BBQ sauce to dip the rolls in and extra for the ribs. They just gave me a tiny cup but when I asked for extra they gave it to me. A squeeze bottle of BBQ sauce on the table would be nice.

It was my 1st time in a Spring Creek BBQ, people were friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic, brisket with black pepper sausage. Sides are well proportional. A filling dinner for a reasonable price. Nice clean atmosphere.

Leilani is so welcoming and very sweet always smiling . As for Q, always top notch service ! There's a homely atmosphere here very inviting everyone that works here you can tell they are more like family. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place .. wonderful service AMAZING food and the atmosphere absolutely outstanding.... This store feels like the soul of Spring Creek for me !! These guys definitely know their audiamce !! Keep it up y'all!!

Great food… HOWEVER, today I ordered 2 pounds of Chopped Beef and 2 pounds Baby Back ribs. Obviously no one weighed them. We have a digital weight scale here at work. Chopped was 1.4 pounds and ribs were 1.5 pounds. Everything else was great as usual but with 12 people it came up short. I normally never complain but someone was obviously rushed and just eyed the amount. Oh well. Still recommend Spring Creek. And the ribs weren’t cut.
I've been a long time fan of Spring Creek but it's gone downhill in recent years. The food tasted good, but this last time we went I received ribs that looked like the guy tore the ribs apart with his bare hands instead of using a knife. They were also the thinnest ribs I have ever gotten there. I wish I took a picture to share. Regardless, it did taste good. The rolls are the highlight of the visit. The fresh ones, not the ones they keep behind the counter which is also a weird thing in my opinion. Just serve fresh. The price also went up so I'm not so sure about the value anymore. Will probably still go, but it's hit or miss now.

The manager of whoever is very difficult to order ribs from and turned out to be kind of a difficult situation and he seemed to lose his temper the food was okay it's the same as it was when they first opened nice atmosphere employees very helpful and the roles were delicious
