Stopped by this location this morning. The lady that took my order was pleasant and is the only reason I decided to leave a tip. However, if I have to ask for a sleeve for my hot drink, I have a problem. Not only that, I pulled into a parking space to check my bag only to find out they didn’t put the mixed nuts for my oatmeal in my bag. There’s a label that prints out that tells workers what to put in the bag. One of my pet peeves is having to check behind workers. I get it and then I don’t. I’m definitely not addicted to Starbucks, but if you want people to keep coming back to this location, please do a better job. Customers, make sure you ask for a sleeve, a stopper, napkins if you ordered food items, etc.

This people take forever to give you your order just for it to be messed up each time. I paid $9 for a customized drink and all i got in the cup was coffee. No ice, no cold foam, nothing. Its like they dont even try. I sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes which cause me to be late to work this morning. Below are pictures of what i asked for versus what i got. You people are a joke.

Got 3 drinks from here, the coffee and the frap were fine, however I also got a strawberry acai lemonade and it had more ice than anything, finished it in 4 sips. Feeling like a I got scammed with this drink.

If you order on the app and go to pick it up, the baristas will let you stand there for 15-20 minutes waiting on what you ordered and not tell you it was out of stock. So now everything else you ordered is ice cold… not cool
I've visited this location a few times, and while the drinks themselves are generally fine, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. Service is consistently slow—whether you're waiting to be greeted, placing your order, or just waiting for a simple drink, expect delays.
On the days that I dined in and requested a refill, they weren't made correctly, which was disappointing. The location seems perpetually understaffed or overwhelmed, likely due to its proximity to the freeway. Unfortunately, that also means it's rarely a relaxing stop.
The seating is minimal, and there's only one accessible power outlet, which makes it a poor choice for anyone hoping to work or linger. This might be a decent place for a drive through order, but it’s not ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable or efficient experience.

Ordered a black tea no water they gave me a tea that was. Almost completely water and would not redo it or refund me so i left it on the counter even though i had already paid for it and i will never return to that location
