Just go to a different location. They always have an attitude and rush you. No drink is made the same, so if you like bad surprises, this is the place for you.

hey brian-

i understand you’re running a tight ship now

your ‘zero-tolerance’ policy for ppl sitting & working in the cafe needs revision & proper screening of clientele

i was humiliated & harassed by an ungainly employee this morning because i didn’t immediately buy a coffee- i was putting out a fire for my own company on my laptop

i’ve spent thousands at starbucks, & i am a gold member

perhaps train the employees to notice a guy wearing a 10k fit isn’t going to piss in the sink or bathe in the restroom

the store was empty, i had 2 hours deadline & i usually buy 2-3 items during the course of a visit

Every time I order the Frozen Tropical Citrus Iced Energy with Strawberry Puree to be delivered, it's always wrong. It is yellow and tastes like medicine, and it's never frozen and has no strawberry, Puree. They should not advertise this energy drink if they can not make it right.

I recently had the worst experience at Starbucks ever. First off, the service was incredibly slow. I waited in line for what felt like an eternity, only to be ignored by a barista named Brett who seemed completely uninterested in taking my order and had a nasty attitude the entire time. When I finally got my drink, it was wrong! I ordered a caramel macchiato, and what I got tasted like plain milk with a hint of coffee. To top it off, it seemed like she was talking bad in the back. I expected much better from such a well-known chain. Absolutely disappointing!

I’m taking the time to write this review because I just want to say that I was treated very well at this Starbucks a couple of weeks ago. I purchased a beverage at the precinct line and 183 location as a mobile order and I just grabbed that drink and left. Unfortunately, I was already on the highway when I tasted the beverage and realized that it was disgusting. It tasked burnt (again). I decided that I wasn’t going to drink another gross, burnt $6 iced Americano and decided to pull over to this Starbucks to ask them to remake it. The very nice young man behind the counter helped me right away and he made me the smoothest, most delicious tasting Starbucks iced Americano I have had in years. What’s more, they had the coffee that I usually buy (it’s a blend that’s not always available). I asked him if he could grind it for me and he was so nice about it! He ground it and he knew how to do it. It was just a really nice experience and that’s not common in the other locations I usually go to (because they are closer to me). Anyway, good job and thanks so much for everything!

This location is so convenient but it sucks that the workers fail to follow the recipe and makes the drinks horribly… i love starbucks and i get it every morning for the past 2 years and ever since i started working around here i had gone to this location since its a minute away. Their blended chocolate drinks aren’t even blended Every time i order these types for my kids its literally chocolate milk not even blended and matcha is bitter with no sweetness added and drinks just taste way different and worse than every other location. Even my co workers decide to drive an extra 10 minutes just to go to a different location .. i complained once and the worker seemed to not even care and as i was walking out the door the worker smiled which made me mad that they just wont try to make things better but just laugh … i usually don’t come on here to make any reviews but i want to make sure that the owner sees this and makes the changes needed to satisfy their customers.

I ordered a tall peppermint mocha with almond milk and an extra shot of espresso this morning a little before 9:00 a.m. Bit of a surprise about 5 or 10 minutes later when I took a sip of a straight black Pike's place. I had already driven a significant distance down The highway by this point. I tried calling but nobody answered and I can't find additional contact on the website. I hope somebody reads this- is there a way to get a credit for another mocha in the future?
