Horrible. Tried ordering twice from this place. First night I was told my food was delivered and it was not. Took several hours. Second night my order was cancelled because the store was closed. It was not. Plus I sent in the order an hour before it was cancelled. Oh well, should have looked at these reviews before I tried to order and would have saved myself some time. Unless your cool with being disappointed, I would not order from here.

Ordered door dash before cut off time to order!!!Then wasted a hour waiting for nothing when i could of had time to order an alternative.A refund is not enough for my wasted time so this is a well deserved 1 star for your bad experience.After reading other reviews maybe it was best not to get the food after all thank you for nothing!

The steaks, baked potatoes and the fajitas are all great- but something is going on with the Hurst location- they have been closed for a while with no sign or anything on the door! I ordered thru DoorDash and when i arrived to pick up my order I was so disappointed! No idea what is going on...they have been closed for a while now and I hope they will open again soon!

Contact store to fix order the Arabic guy on the phone immediately started yelling at me Before I even completed my sentence I asked him nicely could I resubmit my order. He hung up on me twice and refused to speak with me afterwards I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy
Order from grub hub was told that this was a company driver that brought my food to the house at a late hour the driver and bag smell like ray spray cheap weed my whole house smells like weed it's 12 o'clock. I hope they do a drug test on that guy after I file my report. Waited an hour for driver to bring my food smelling like weed. Smh.. Last time I order from grub hub. Steak One Restaurant refuse my refund even tho i wanted to bring back the whole food back.

My first time eating here! I ordered from grub hub and never received my food. I called this place at 1145pm and they took my order and my sirloin steak was cooked to perfection and my salad was absolutely perfect. My favorite place

If I'm paying almost $12 for a burger, the bacon better be real bacon. Subpar food, too expensive for what they are serving. Fried pickles were ok but the ranch was terrible, clearly bottled, not fresh. Philly Steak was dry and the portion of meat too small.

The bacon is not real, maybe turkey bacon? Our order took over an hour to come and by the time we got our food. We didn't get stuff we asked for, and I had to PAY for every single ingredient for the baked potato ordering extra thinking I was going to get double. Of course not, it's basically jail food. Nothing had flavor.
