At this point, theyre purposely taking cheese out of online order. How do you miss cheese in online order like 50% of the time? If these people expect “tips” they better start double check order too

My wife and I are very unhappy with thus Subway here!! This use to be the best Subway to come to.But now they have drop everything that was amazing about the location!!! My wife ordered our food on line. We drove from Hurst,TX to this Subway. A young lady came out that work thier and explained to us that that they don't have any flat bread. She ask was it okay to use a different kind of bread. We respectfully said yes ,and thank her.The Subway employee that came to our vehicles told us that they are very short of help and it is only 2 of them working.She then told us that they could not bring the food out to us. I nicely told her okay I would come into Subway and get the food.It took around 20 mints.My wife and I made it home and stayed to get ready to eat. They didn't put bouble meat on each sandwich like we paid for. I called the store at 6times on Feb 17,2025 2:30pm.No one would even take the time to pick up the phone.Now I called on Feb18,2025 9times from 10:30am ,11:00am ,11:30am ,12:00pm,12:30pm 1pm ,2pm ,3pm,4pm.No one didn't pick up!!!! They must have A&T phone service or Verizon phone service!!! OMG not even one of the roaches,I seen yesterday in the man restroom around 1:15pm at this Subway would not answer phone the for them today. The said thing is u can't even reach corporate office.I called other Subways to ask for help or could they have a District manager to reaching.I was told no and thier manager tried sale me more food. The store had food on talks and over there floor. In the man restroom had someone nasty feces on the walls .The CEO should be ashame of this, because they are working thier 2 employees like dogs and modern day slavery!!!!! This is why they can't keep good help at thier company!!!! The only thing the companies care about is the money they make even if thier employees pass out on the floor from working hard!!! It would be nice if (Osha) and the (Code enforcement )and( Health Department) take a very closer look with a Magnified glass on these companies!!!!!!

The manager that works here kimba Kim whatever her name is is VERY RUDE I placed a order online with a gift card the order didn’t go through or it was a glitch in the system and the manager when I walked in was helping somebody else so another associate was helping me she stoped with that customer and told me that my order was not in the system and orders are not filled until the payment goes through so I waited and had another associate check my gift card which it was still $10.81 on the gift card I started to place my order in person the same order I placed online which it was the sub of the day and it was a food long the manager in the background telling her I can’t get a footlong it has to be a 6” so I say ok I’ll just get two I proceeded with the order she keeps saying stuff in the background which she then tells me she’s on her phone and proceeded to argue with me and get loud in front of another customer this manager is just rude and very unprofessional should not be a manager I asked for corporate she then tells me it’s no corporate number it’s owned by a franchise owner and I can come back and talk with him when he’s there. Which I will get in touch with him

Do the waste your money. Had a delivery order wguch was delivered with my sandwich almost unwrapped and bag sticker broken. They didn't do the right bread, added mess I don't eat and would never put on my sub...ordered 6 cookies chocolate chip and got all raspberry. Called over and over and nobody would answer the phone. Still 3 days later and nothing

I went in to use the restroom and while walking out i said thanks have a great day and the manager told me the restroom was for customers only. I told her it was an emergency and she said it doesn't matter, cool I understand! Right but no she kept on about it so I told her she will be alright and walk out. SHE FOLLOWS ME OUTSIDE THREATENING ME, followed me to my vehicle AND SAID DHE GETS OFF AT 3:30. OVER A DANG RESTROOM!!¡ GET A LIFE!

My FAVORITE Subway location ever. Shoutout to Vee (Vonda) and the young man under her wing. They have the best energy and customer service and they always make sure the ingredients are fresh! The shop is always clean.

There was a black lady in the back, look like a Hispanic lady working on the line. The lady in the bag was talking very bad to the lady working upfront, like as if she done something wrong, but you don’t talk to them like that first of all and second of all, you are not supposed to bring that out in front of the customers! Regardless of what issue the lady had, you should take that up with her after work or when there are no customers in the restaurant, the lady was clearly in the wrong and had a major attitude! I think this really needs to be looked into.

This subway really sorry had a coupon for 12 inch buy 3 went on lunch break order a Philly and two trio only had one type of meat will not go to this one again not really clean place employees not good customer service needs to check on this subway these reviews are important so higher. Management needs to check this subway out very dissatisfied.

Based on today experience ordering from this location, I don’t think I’ll return to this location. I ordered 4 sandwiches and they were all poorly made. The one sandwich I requested to be toasted, was not. Dressing was little to none on all sandwiches. The one employee that was working he had Music playing very loud. The Cookies tasted old and dry. Just not a great experience.

It was our second time at this location and the guy working today was very nice and he kept a smile on his face the whole time
The AC was out at this place so the great service he provided was very much appreciated
Hopefully the owner fixes the AC soon for his team

Just had the most amazing experience with Miranda!!! I know it’s a subway but listen , I just had a long drive and all I wanted was a sub okay. Everyone isn’t nice when you go into places like this but Miranda was so sweet and patient and polite!!! She’s such a girls girl and I’m extremely grateful that I had this experience with her today!
