This subway was shutdown due to a major rodent infestation. Here is the quote from the health inspectors: "The restaurant was closed due to a rodent infestation. Rodent feces and urine were found in cabinets, on shelves, under equipment, on utensils, behind the soda fountain and in the walkways."

The arabic lady Martina was so rude and speaking in her language bad words while making sandwich..Really felt like returning the food..

They make wrong online orders and when I called to sort it out nobody picked up the phone, I called 5 times repeatedly. Poor communication and disregarding service.

I went to this Subway and the sat at the drive-thru for ten minutes. I finally went in and asked about the drive-thru but got no response. So I ordered a tuna sandwich, chips , coke and a churro. The one item that disappointed me was the churro. It was tough and I couldn't eat it. Not going to that one anymore. I will try another Subway and see if there is a difference.

40 minutes to get my food even though Subway is supposed to prioritize online or call in orders. Ridiculous.

Ordered through Uber eats and the store failed to follow instructions on the order and I was missing items. Do not order subway through Uber eats

Ordered sandwiches to be delivered via DoorDash. When they got here, mine was SUPPOSED to be a double meat, double cheese foot long. There was only 1 meat and 1 cheese even though we were charged for both doubles. When I tried to call the store, they would never answer the phone.

Employees think it’s appropriate to cancel mobile orders for no reason then claim they never received a mobile order. Refund issued within a week supposedly. Absurdly unprofessional.

Was given 2 scoops of tuna for a foot long sandwich instead of 4. Had to show the employee this chart to show it should be 4. Then I noticed this dead fly in my food.
This is a good place it’s very clean but the lady who does my order (more then 5 times) speaks so low you cannot hear her and you have to constantly tell her what you said. And after you tell her what you want on your sub she still tries to put on something else like if she is confused as to what you had said. Other then that its still go to place!!

5-14 this location still sucks so beware when doing door dash that they do not go to this site. They leave out half your order so they are continually trying to screw people and can’t be bothered to answer the phone as they know they screwed up. This is by a gas station and you can’t tell em they are sooo busy they can’t answer a phone. They need their franchise revoked as they totally suck and do a disservice to subway. If I could give a neg 20’stars I would!!! They clearly don’t care about reviews either don’t totally explains their disinterest. Don’t go there so they get closed down!!!!!! Clearly by their reviews posted they sick and don’t deserve to be in business. Subway corporate do the right thing and revoke their licenseThis location sucks. Ordered curbside this morning for pick up at 11. Park, check in, nothing. Called twice, no answer. Go inside and my order is on the counter behind the register and the employee is on her phone.
