I visited your cheek sparger location around 11:35 on February 26th. As usual, I had started my order online. While building my sandwich from the line, I explained my actions to the sandwich maker, Billy. However, she overrode me, raising her voice and insisting that I place my order online first. I was trying to clarify that I was already doing so. This isn’t the first time my husband and I have encountered Billy’s extreme rudeness and prejudice. I believe she even crossed the line into racism. As I left the store, exhausted and disheartened, I noticed Billy glancing at the customers behind me in line and exclaiming, “See?!” It seemed as if she was attempting to portray me as an angry black customer. I deeply regret the treatment I received and believe disciplinary action is necessary against Billy.

They didn’t toast my sandwich when I specified that i wanted it toasted. The turkey was hard and cold and also the cheese and one tuna sub they didn’t give us cheese ?Also I called them about that and the manager lied to me on the phone.

I didn't catch the name of who was working tonight, but they were constantly complaining and were very rude about the fact that they didn't have my bread. Probably not going back to this location.
Probably the best Subway around. Ladies are great and you definitely get the feeling they care.

Our sandwiches were disgusting. The preparer was heavy handed on all of the condiments. The sandwich was dripping in mayo. I asked for extra tomatoes on my sandwich and got none at all. The lettuce had a bad taste. I brought 4 sandwiches and they all were disgusting. I have been going to this subway for the last 7 years and this is the 1st time this has happened. I brought 2 sandwiches back which they were remade. The other 2 sandwiches, my family wiped off 1/2 of the fixings and just ate them. Unacceptable!!!!. This occurred about 7:30pm / online order. From now on I will come inside rather than ordering online. I will be reaching out to the manager.
