I gave a 2 star because I pulled up in the drive through to order but after reading the reviews, I changed my mind and decided to go home and cook because I can do myself a better service. I looked at some of the other Taco Bells as well and I'm not impressed. I even remembered that his location messed up my order before.

I went to Taco Bell to order food and I didn't know we were supposed to order in the screen so I waited cause they were making someone’s food order and then she asked me if I had ordered and I told her no and she gave me attitude and told me to order in the screen and I told her okay and then she gave me my food order and I got some sauces and she stared at me and then my dad said thank you and she just stared at them and didn’t say nothing also I get some nacho fries and the nacho was very cold

It's really impressive how lazy a meal can be. You'd think if a sauce is advertised it would be present in at least 20-30% of bites? Instead of just the last one? Also the classic menu is decimated. I just wanted a taco wrapped in a quesadilla. Maybe two. Instead I tried something new and got sadness.

Went through the drive through. Don't go often but the menu is constantly changing (like every month) For some reason, sour cream is squirted at one end of a taco or burrito and folded/wrapped sloppily. Food is ok though.

There is absolutely no customer service at all at this restaurant. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes and not one person is going to walk up and say anything, No may I help you, no how is your day today no is there anything I can help you with. Absolutely nothing! Ordered our food when our name was called we walked up to the counter, said thank you, the emplyee looked right through us and said nothing. No thank you no have a good night no thank you for your business absolutely nothing. restaurant was not dirty but it wasn't clean either. What is wrong with our society. With businesses that have no customer service. Why would I ever spend another dime of money I work hard for for a company that can't even greet me when I walk in the door. There food is NOT worth that to me. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again.
