I don't even know where to start. I went to this location today at 10:59 a.m. (per my receipt). I asked for a chicken nacho salad with extra tomatoes (receipt picture attached). I get my food and head home to the Southside of Fort Worth. I get home and open the box and there you have it. A BEEF nacho salad with ZERO queso or chili sauce. I take it BACK to the store in Bedford. I ask the first counter employee for the manager. He then tells me the manager isn't there. Then I requested the guy that worked the drive thru window this morning. He comes from the back, I show him my receipt and the food I received. He said "sorry that guy is new" pointing to the first employee I spot with and remakes my chicken salad. I then ask him for contact info for an owner/operator or manager and he provides me with a telephone number on the back of a receipt (also pictured). I call the number and the person answers and is completely confused and doesn't even know what taco bueno is!!! I go BACK into the store were I let the employee know he gave me a fake number and now I'm pissed. The first guy I talked to to NOW tells me his the shift manager (so obviously he isn't new). APOLOGIZES that the employee gave me a number because they're contact channel is ONLINE ONLY. Once I request a refund and get it, the employee who was lying the entire time, decides to say "f*ck you" and throws up his middle finger. Needless to say, I won't be back at this location.

Has been my go too Bueno for years. It's pricey for tacos now and they tend to be a little lean in my opinion for the price.. 5 years ago it was my favorite place for cheap tacos. Sorry Bueno hope you return to your former glory ? ?
Great food at a reasonable price, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I love the way this location has booths that are staggered, so you have a bit of privacy at many of them. And it also has a separate room off to the side (for events, I guess) which is usually not used, so you can sit there as well, and have a nice, quiet place to sit.
Fantastic bueno burgers this should be a regular menu item I am buying 2-5 a day different locations
