Is this place under new ownership?I ordered a large 18" pizza over the phone for pickup. I pick it up and it's 12". I called and they told me "the pizza shrinks when you cook it" so I asked for a large and small box and they refused. Then they told me "you ordered the wrong size" as if that makes any since at all. The owner looked at and said "that's a large, the 18" is Texas size". WHAT?! Not going back.

I love the flavors, however for the price I’ve been to less impressive Cheesesteak Business that are much cheaper with bigger cheesesteak sandwiches and great flavors! The sandwich are small and the price is large. Service was great and the restaurant vibe was excellent.

I didn't know this Bedford pizza place is also a bar, what. I always order delivery. Has Valentino's always been open from 4pm-2am? Have they always had a stage, karaoke, live music, a pool table, poker nights, etc.? Fun. They also have a few arcade games and foosball, plus a full bar including a physical bar you can sit at' in cozy bar chairs. You know I love sitting at a bar, so this is great. It's cozy in here. Order pizza, wings, pasta, a sandwich.. their food is delicious. Valentino's makes a stellar gluten free pizza that I've been having delivered here and there since they opened in 2019. Their gf pizza crust is so good and thin and rustic. Nice, chewy, doughiness! Tons of cheese and plenty of toppings.

The only positive about the place is the service. She was very helpful and nice, explained the menu. Never tried the food. We ordered, waited over an hour and when pizza finally showed it was wrong. Only reason for 2 stars is level of friendliness.

Soooo! The first time I came in this so called "place" it was cool.. hood bar with food, you can't go wrong right? But the second time the food was good, I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and my bf got the mango wings they were "alright".. anyways, you can tell the bartender was on something the way she approached us. Of course we didn't pay it no mind but at the same time the "****** was very much so disrespectful for no reason and told me she doesn't work for free.. like honestly why would I pay you for anything beside pouring a shot? You walked two steps and bad customer service... nice try wrong woman.?the bartenders were taking shots and you can tell they were on something.. but overall I wouldn't try this place again.

Such a great ambiance and home feel every single time I come in for a pizza or drink. The owners and bartenders are some of my favorite people they always take the time out of their busy work shift to make sure everything is to your liking. There is always some event or something going on everyday of the week with a happy hour that you cannot beat. To top it all off the Karaoke on the weekend is probably the best place to be to have fun. Have been coming here for 8 months now and I have never left disappointed. If you go I RECOMMEND THE LASANGA

Very unassuming location while you're outside. Not the best looking inside either, but the staff is very nice. The pizza is very good and so are the garlic knots. Don't sleep on the Alfredo sauce option. Our bartender/server told us that almost everything is made from scratch in the kitchen, which is makes this place even better. They're also open until 2am every night and that includes the kitchen. I plan on becoming somewhat of a regular because I have weird working hours myself. Highly recommend this place.

Soooo. I order from here on DoorDash sometimes and with my last delivery they gave me a post it and said they don’t give ketchup. I called tonight after placing an order to please ask for ketchup and this amazing human being answered the phone. FULL OF ENERGY and charisma. He was so attentive and fun and told me that was not how yal do things and ketchup wouldn’t be a problem. Niiiice work! That’s what true hospitality is!I had a really bad day today and I was so happy to be welcomed with that kind of warmth and vibe. He also invited me in for karaoke! You should be grateful that he’s on your team. Even if he’s late - don’t write him up. Lol. Because I run a movie theater and I will go in for karaoke, and I will meet this amazing soul, and I will steal him ?But this kind of person is what fuels your business. I’ll be going in soon, and also referring as much as I can - but if I don’t get my ketchup we are having problems lolol
