I visit this location 3-4 times per month. I always tip well. On March 3rd at 6:30AM, I visited this location and the dude in this picture was very rude and unprofessional. I will NOT be back. A total waste of payroll.

I mean you cant go wrong with waffle house but we went at a bad time i guess. The shift manager was yelling at the other employees and caused a huge scene. Pretty sure one of them left for the day and another mentioned putting her two weeks notice in lol but our server did apologize and discounted our meal. But, as always good food.

Food is great as always. It’s Waffle House after all. I do like this location but the cleanliness has gone downhill. The table barely clean the shades are awful with dust all over them while 2 employees are sitting down doing nothing my server is up working.

Waffle House always hits but I usually try to avoid going because most locations are run down and dirty. This location was pretty clean and had some great and not so great employees. Our waitress was very friendly but the guy that seated us was outstanding! He seated everyone, cleaned, ran food, he did it all! We made sure to leave our waitress and him a tip because he deserved it. As for the not so great employee…..I saw him wipe off his dirty shoe before grabbing someone’s plate (without washing his hand)!
Toast is just toast but for some reason their buttered toast is so good. I got their waffle with sausage, scrambled eggs and hash brown. All of it was good.

8:40pm check the cameras a small family with two small babies in elf suits, a child in blue hoody, mom in black, dad in white. We walked in, was stared at. No greeting. Older lady, named ruby or rudy, she stared at us but never said a word. We all used restrooms… waited… eventually sat ourselves… still nothing. She was fiddling around doing ANYTHING but giving us service. We waited longer than an other couple, who left before us. Finally we left. Idk what it was, but it felt like maybe we are white and shes a much older black lady… im not sure really but very crazy. Also womens toilet covered in feces.

Didn't even want to give any stars this waffle house is the worst place ever! Patty melt meat was rotten hash browns under cooked the T- bone steak was over cooked (medium rare) is what it was supposed to be. Waiter never asked if our food was okay or never asked if we needed refills on our drinks. Plus we were the only people in there that Tuesday night. SMH ?
Waffle House has always been a great place to eat(too me). I use to be a cook, so I know how that life is. I think all restaurant workers deserve better pay. Is why I'm a truck driver today. They deserve better.....great food btw. They forgot my syrup, luckily I had some. Lol.
Slipping service, even by low-rent Waffle House standards.
I came in after dark, wading through a cloud of the server’s own weed smoke in the parking lot. I sat at one of the few tables not piled with dirty dishes, and gave my order to the server when she came back in from hot-boxing. She didn’t write it down. She then got into quite a messy argument with the cook/manager about doing the dishes, and my order seemingly got lost. She eventually brought out half of my order, made incorrectly. I didn’t eat it. Another worker came by and asked the situation. I told him what was missing, and the original server came out to take away my plate and remake the order. She brought it back out, still only half there, and went back to fighting. I sat there another eight minutes not touching the food, watching it go from steaming hot to limp and cold, waiting for one of them to bring the rest of the order or notice.
When the manager eventually stopped yelling about dishes and noticed my look of silent disgust, he rushed over to try and resolve it. I said never mind, stood up, and walked out without paying for their failure.
Man, it felt good to slam that door on my way out. I hope somebody needed my tip money for rent or medicine, and maybe learns a lesson this time.

I love waffle House, but this one in particularly, because of our server. She was the most awesome wait stuff I have come across in a minute. she was super fun, she was super attentive, and she was around a lot of people who had never been to a Waffle House in their whole life so I want to give her a shout out and to the cooks who prapared our food. Thank you!

Probably a one off experience but nevertheless a true disappointment.
When I arrived just after 6 am, I found two very workout workers trying to serve customers. The waiter as I found out a few minutes later, was on hour 14 working because someone did not show up to replace him.
Then the new shift arrived!
Even then, it was several minutes before I had my first interaction with the staff.
Then in walked what looked like the new cook. Turned out he was a district manager. He started berating the two staff people because the restaurant was not up to his standards. His interactions with them was on full display to everyone, including me. I truly felt sorry for the two workers who had kept his restaurant open all night, kept on working when replacements didn't show up as the verbal abuse was so bad.
When the incoming waitress apologized to me because she also saw how inappropriate it was, she was the one who told me it was the district manager and did I want to speak with him. I did speak to him. But it was a total waste ot time. He was condensing and obviously not concerned about my opinions.
If he is the district manager, I would expect all the waffle houses in the district not to be up to the normal waffle house standards and a cheerful good morning breakfast.
