Wr always have great service when we come here... One night we came and the cook was by his self I wish he had the etiquette of letting us know he was by himself and it would take him longer to prepare our meals instead of rushing and messing up the orders and thinking we'd be cool with settling for messed up orders if he didn't charge for the things he messed up on. Still will be back if I'm out late

The waffle I ordered was terrible. The service was outstanding. Some of the guests that came in were loud and attempted to cause a scene with the staff. I will not return to this location.

If you haven't been to Waffle House you should. The staff here was great and the food was delicious.
We had a horrible experience at this location last night. First as we were walking up to the door this extremely old woman was standing right at the front door smoking. Though we were going to have to tell her to move to get in the door. We go inside and didn't see a server. A really sweet guy who was cooking told us to have a seat. We sat down and waited. While sitting there the young guy cooking was also serving the food, busing tables and taking care of customers. He apologized to ys for the delay explaing that he was new and had only been there a few days. Finally after about 15 minutes the old lady blocking the door comes in the building. Big surprise she's the server. She had to have been about 80. She walks up to wait on customers. Never washing her hands after being outside smoking. When she came to our table she had no personality what so ever. My friend is getting ready to order when all of a sudden the old lady starts coughing like she's going to hack up a lung. She then walks to the trashcan and spits in the trash. Again no washing her hand's just walks back to the table. Just water for me thanks. I'm not eating anything that old bag us touching. After leaving our table she walks over to where the young guy is cooking. Pushing her way in she grabs raw bacon with bare hands and puts in on the grill. As she's doing this other people are walking in. She tells them to sit anywhere. Grabs silverware and waters, again without washing her hands, and goes to their table. While all this is going on the poor young guy cooking looked mortified. You could tell he was disguted by her behavior. This is the nastiest experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Tried to call to speak to a manager and they don't even have a phone they answer.
I ordered the All-Star and even though the waitress that checked me out, gave herself an $8.00 tip. I would have given them 2 Stars, but when I brought it to Managements attention, you could see the disappointment on his face but IMMEDIATELY corrected the theft.

Just left this Waffle House in Bedford Tx it was clean but the hash browns we ordered were undercooked and we could not finish our meal also the waffle was over cooked and had to return 2 times after that we paid our bill and left this place. Highly disappointed in the food served at this restaurant.
