If was my first time at a Waffle House, when I enter it smells good, but the service was awful. We took a table but they never took out order more people came after us and they give them coffee and get their order right away. But for they just walk through and never get our order. Ho let me tell you we were the only Hispanic at the location.

This is the *worst* Waffle House of all time. I love WH & I gave this location FOUR DIFFERENT CHANCES over MONTHS, but it needs to be overhauled. Like fire everyone, shut it down for a month, check the books, start over. Every single time the food was NASTY, today I spat out chicken breast from a melt bc it was so nasty. The server had always been rude but today she played awful, unedited music on her phone at TOP EAR-SPLITTING VOLUME, set it on the bar TWO FEET FROM ME, at ONE in the freaking morning. For like ten minutes minimum. In the first minute I moved several feet away & plugged my ears but it continued. After getting my food (and the coffee which was SOMEHOW messed up!) I looked up and there were ZERO employees in the room. Grill guy eating & on the phone, everyone else totally gone.
Employees rude as hell. Servers bad at their job. Cooks making the food nasty & wrong. Literally NEVER. COME. HERE.
The place is very clean the staffing was pretty nice and kind and they make sure we was okay with are food definitely come back again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This Waffle House on Brown Trail is hands down the best one around. The service here is top-notch and the cook makes every meal feel like it came out of a 5-star restaurant kitchen. You can tell they truly care about the food and the people they serve.
Even though this location isn’t the closest one to me (I actually drive 15 minutes just to get here), it’s worth every mile. I pass the Grapevine 26 location on the way, and while that one sits completely empty, this Brown Trail spot is always packed and now I know why! The team here knows how to take care of their guests, and the energy inside is warm, welcoming, and full of life.
This is the kind of Waffle House experience that keeps me coming back. Grapevine 26 could really learn a lesson or two from Brown Trail. Until then, I’ll happily keep making the extra drive for great food and even better service.

I had one of the worst experiences at Waffle House. From the moment I walked in, the service was unacceptable. The server didn’t even pay attention while I was placing my order — they had earbuds in and seemed more focused on whatever they were listening to than the customer in front of them.
When the food finally came out, it was a disaster. The steak was undercooked and dripping with grease, and everything on the plate seemed to have been drowned in oil. I honestly couldn’t tell whether they were trying to fry the food in oil or just serve me a plate of oil with food floating in it. It was unappetizing and disappointing from start to finish.
I expected at least a basic level of care and quality, but this experience was nowhere near it.
I spent $20 on this kind of food after starving, and it was a complete disappointment. Definitely not worth it.
I walked in around 11:10 pm, please I request the management to check the CC… how I was served… Hopefully i don’t want any customers going through this kind of experience.. after a long day at work.

Talking about food was so fast and fresh, I didn’t get you guys a photo….oh well you get the pic! (E) the cook you did your thing my King lol. Seriously tho Tysm Ms.Debbie for being a smile and a soft voice on a hard day for me! Lastly Ty to, China Lee my cashier who GREETED Me, as soon as I walked in. I know the cliche around the Waffle House, however this was the most pleasant and , noticeably clean, Team of Owners and establishment! This community is lucky to have you guys in their neighborhood! So close for COMFORT FOOD 🥘
