This was an OFF DAY for our local Waffle House here... It took 8 minutes to get a waitress over to get our drink order...table was dirty... we ordered our food at the same time as drinks, and it took 30 minutes to get a sausage egg cheese biscuit and cheese egg plate... the eggs and biscuits were good and hot, but the hashbrowns were cold. My husband had to ask for a refill, as it was the cook who delivered our food, the waitress did NOT come check on us while waiting. Nor did she come to check during the meal. Even as I write this review and our eating is complete, she has not yet come to check on us or clear the table... We did not hear ANY orders being called out (as is the usual routine in a waffle house kitchen). The place was only filled with people in booths and bar and counter were empty... no one is waiting a seat or place... New crew today Waffle House?? No trainers??

The service was fantastic. Friendly fast service with a smile. The food was just ok. I haven't been to a Waffle House in about 10 years. And due to the quality of the food, I will be at least another 10 before I visit again. Just to clarify, the food wasn't horrible, it just tasted of poor quality....

May 26, 2025 Memorial day This was the worst service I've ever experienced at this Waffle House!
I don't know what was happening behind the counter but tables didn't get busted for several very long minutes and I noticed that beside myself several orders had missing items or didn't get called in.
This restaurant usually has had great service every time I visit it. But today was a total disaster!
I hope that the management team figures out what went wrong and addresses it.

When this one opened it was great, but now it’s not worth stopping at. Service sucks and no one cares about the quality of food or service levels. I stopped in with my daughter to eat and once my food came the cook and waitress (only 2 on duty) scattered like roaches. Cook left for about 10-15 minutes outside while the waitress made herself food while forgetting to wait on us. Terrible customer service and when you do file a complaint management couldn’t care less. Oh well, it’s just a Waffle House.
Update: this location is still terrible and based on the non-feedback from management they don’t care either.

I love waffle house because you see them cook for you. They use gloves and I'm a germafobe. Customer service is always good because they rely on tips. For is always fresh and fast

This house rocks they have the lingo down scatered,smothered,covered.food was perfect wait staff was perfect all food was hot and served in a timely manner. Best in the metroplex..and my reviews are truthful, pull no punches.
