Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

What's recommended by a friend only my second time going to this location the first time ordered online I got there within the time frame and the fries were cold. this time I walked in ordered 15 wings seven lemon Peppers and another favor, only got five lemon peppers, and eighth of the other. it's only two wings but it's seems to be always something with this place of service. So I think I'm just going to go to another location from here on out. at least the young lady at the counter was very nice.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

Jade at Wingstop Metrocentre is a poor example of how a manager should handle a situation. I honestly can’t believe the way I was treated at Wingstop in the Metrocentre. I had just stepped away to use the toilet for a minute, and when I came back, one of the staff had thrown away my drink and the salt I had brought with me. I was upset, of course, but all I wanted was a simple apology. Instead, the manager (Jade) started talking at me in an aggressive and disrespectful way — staring at my face while speaking to me like I had done something wrong. It felt more like I was being attacked than listened to. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. If this is how the shop is run, I really feel sorry for anyone else who has to deal with this kind of attitude. Some basic customer service training is badly needed here — or at least some respect.

for the North Myrtle Beach location. We went in last night trying to pick food up for the kids. First off the store was filthy. The tables were nasty and the drink counter was soggy and full of garbage. We waited for our food for 40 minutes and still wasn't ready. So we asked for a refund and the manager refused! She said she was too busy with inventory to worry about giving us a refund. I told her we had been waiting near an hour and we needed to get the refund so we can leave. She said nope and if we wanted it we would have to wait longer and she WALKED AWAY!!!! Are you kidding me ?... never had it ever seen such poor management skills .... and I would know I am a manager in a retail store. We kept sending her employees to go retrieve her and she refused to come out. It would have taken all of 2 minutes or less to issue the refund and move on. After constant back and forth she finally came out and gave us the refund but by this time it was well over an hour. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!! I dont see how they can stay in business. That woman has no business being in charge of anything.

Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

Although the food did take a bit longer than expected, Mercedes kept us up to date on what to expect. She was very kind and I can tell she really values her job. In this day and age, that is hard to find. She is an asset to the Wingstop in Bedford and made my experience very pleasant.
