Pookies is a local diamond in the rough. Located in the heart of Bedias it caters to the pickiest of eaters. There you'll find a chicken sandwich that is mouthwatering with spices that will wake up your palate. The tea is sweet as teas should be and fries that are fresh and seasoned. I left fully satisfied with barely room for their flaky and tart gooey lemon cake!!!

I've never heard of this town or restaurant, but a local told me to try it while working here. The food was great and the staff were very friendly. This felt like a home cooked meal at a great price. This restaurant deserves to be in the spotlight.
