We were shopping at the Galleria and decided to pop into Amy’s Ice Cream for the first time and wow, what a fun experience! We had our friend’s little boy with us, and the sweet ladies behind the counter made it such a memorable stop. They were so kind, friendly, and full of energy! We were over the moon watching them toss and my fiancé catch the ice cream!! SUCH a fun touch that had us all smiling!! The ice cream was amazing, and the service was even better. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area! 🍦💫 To the sweet ladies behind the counter thank you for giving us the biggest smiles and such a sweet memory yall truly made this experience a 10/10!! 🩵
Great chocolate malt
The ice cream is great but you have to qualify that by whether it’s actuallly available: here I am on a Saturday 11:48 to get my son a birthday cake and their closed, even though sign says open at 11:30. He’s going to be disappointed because he really likes their Oreo ice cream cakes!
So, rating = (ice cream quality) * (probability available) = 5 * 0.6 = 3 stars
September 27 around 9:50pm I found a long black hair in my shake. If y’all got a camera, you can see me notice it on the side of my cup, undo my lid, and pull it out. Covered in chocolate sauce, this was also after I told the only long black hair employee that we already paid for my drink with my girlfriend’s order. She then proceeded to ask further questions to me, like if I was going to change her mind before she asked who made the other order. I decided to walk out of the establishment so that it’s understood that it’s not about refunds or fixing the mistake; it’s about accountability. This seemed very deliberate.
When I walked in, I was overwhelmed with Lelah‘s incredible service, Someone needs to give this sweet girl a raise!!!!
Love their flavours , ambience , customer service and the warm welcoming smiles.
Stopped to get a milkshake. Got the vanilla ice cream for the base and got a bunch of mix ins, fudge, m&m's and oreos. The staff just blended all the mix ins into a smooth puree along with the ice cream. I was hoping for more of a slurry with pieces of m&m's and oreos. Generally disappointed in the product and the communication.
Great ice cream and friendly service
Liam was such a huge help and made me the best custom order I’ve ever had. 10/10
Always a great treat! Plus friendly employees!

We visited this ice cream place and found no one at the counter when we arrived. A few people were sitting in the dining area, but there were no staff members in sight. We waited around 2–3 minutes before an employee eventually appeared, walking slowly.
We ordered several different flavors of ice cream. Some were okay, others were disappointing—we didn’t even finish a few of them after trying just a couple of bites. One of the ice creams had a hair in it, which was unpleasant.
Overall, not the best experience.
Amy's catered an ice cream bar for my daughters wedding and it was AMAZING!! With such a large selection of ice cream and toppings to pick from, our guests were in sugar heaven. Thank you for making the day so sweet!!
Loved their Oreos ice cream and mint ice cream. Delicious
Kindly ensure that your staff is properly trained on portion sizes. The portion I received does not appear to align with what is typically expected for a small. If the price for a small is over $7, I would expect the portion to reflect the value being charged.
One girl says 'hang tight I'm busy ' another says move up and stop standing still, ends up serving people behind us first. Figure out lines please! Now I'm waiting separately from the rest of my party.
