Bahama Buck's - Bee Cave

I went on a friday at 9:19pm and lights were off and the doors were locked. On apple maps, google maps and their website it says they are open until 10pm. This is very disappointing as I really enjoy the options they provide.

I came in on Saturday morning around 12 and this girl named Landry was not very Pleasant to me or my family and did not make it a good experience will NOT be returning unfortunately

Uhh what? Came in here at 8:30 and there were three girls working. This one girl was throwing a fit wanting to leave work and made it a horrible atmosphere. She then proceeded to turn off ALL the lights in the whole place saying “well we close in 30 minutes.” The other girls had to turn some of the lights back on. Which? Even if you close at 9 that’s weird and Google said they close at 10. She then threw a fit and sat on the floor. (Pictured)

They are very kid friendly here and they have every type of snow cone you can imagine!

I came here to get some sno cones but the store is closed 30 min before 9:00.

Great spot for a sweet treat on a hot day, service was slow despite it being fairly empty at the time. Greatest sno on earth!

This is the best shaved ice in Austin or Lakeway the prices are medium but it's worth the drive.

Was in the store 6/5/24 from 2-2:30 there was two young boys and 2 young girls working. The state of the store when we came in was every table was sticky with puddles of melted snocone and our shoes stuck to the floor as we walked to our seat. Our order was taken promptly and received in a timely manner. As we sat we watched the workers on their phones and one boy sitting on a counter. No side work or cleaning being done. Eventually after discussing this openly with my husband one of the boys came and cleaned table tops.

Stopped by this place to get ice cream but the girls in the place were literally sweating, cleaning the floor and inserting themselves into the ice cream refrigerator and getting the ice cream, all this without washing their hands or having any sort of cleanliness. This is one disgusting place and I had to thrash the ice cream I paid for. I would give zero stars if I could. Please avoid this place for your own good and health!

They weren’t made properly. The ice cream definitely wasn’t blue bell. The snow cone itself had no flavor. Waste of $20. I’ll drive out of my way and go to the one in cedar park instead. This location was very disappointing.

Bahama bucks canceled my wife’s order after waiting a little too long, without reason. Mind you my wife is in her wild state of mind where whatever anyone does I do to her. We’ve killed her happiness, destroyed her hungry belly, and the baby may or not be mine now due to being so unlucky. Idk why y’all cancelled the order but now I have to deal with a pregnant crying hormonal monster! All she wanted was Bucks

We tried one of the smoothies we didn’t like it that much wasn’t sweet enough we asked the young lady if we can get a new one but a different flavor instead they said absolutely without hesitation gave it to us we offered to pay for a new one but they insisted and a great attitude instead of making a big deal or giving us an attitude about it ! great service !

This is the worst place I’ve ever had I took my kids here and it is so overpriced. They don’t even use enough syrup in the snowcones. If you have a large family like me I definitely would not suggest taking them here it’s expensive takes a long time and it’s very poor Service and is not clean The girl who made my snowcones name was Leela Jones. She was horrible and gave me the worst service ever.
