They weren’t made properly. The ice cream definitely wasn’t blue bell. The snow cone itself had no flavor. Waste of $20. I’ll drive out of my way and go to the one in cedar park instead. This location was very disappointing.

Bahama bucks canceled my wife’s order after waiting a little too long, without reason. Mind you my wife is in her wild state of mind where whatever anyone does I do to her. We’ve killed her happiness, destroyed her hungry belly, and the baby may or not be mine now due to being so unlucky. Idk why y’all cancelled the order but now I have to deal with a pregnant crying hormonal monster! All she wanted was Bucks

We tried one of the smoothies we didn’t like it that much wasn’t sweet enough we asked the young lady if we can get a new one but a different flavor instead they said absolutely without hesitation gave it to us we offered to pay for a new one but they insisted and a great attitude instead of making a big deal or giving us an attitude about it ! great service !

This is the worst place I’ve ever had I took my kids here and it is so overpriced. They don’t even use enough syrup in the snowcones. If you have a large family like me I definitely would not suggest taking them here it’s expensive takes a long time and it’s very poor Service and is not clean The girl who made my snowcones name was Leela Jones. She was horrible and gave me the worst service ever.

My husband, myself and our two kiddos went to this Bahama Bucks while we were out celebrating our youngest birthday. We were the only ones in the entire place and all ordered small snow cones. Our order took a total of about 15 minutes to make. The wait wasn’t the issue, it was when we received our snow cones only to realize we were basically given cups full of juice with a little bit of ice. There was sooo much flavoring it was pretty much like having melted slushees. Our youngest sons vanilla snow cone tasted like someone poured an entire bottle of vanilla extract on a little bit of ice. There was so much liquid our cups were not just slowly dripping, but overflowing and pouring out of our cups onto our table. Our youngest son didn’t eat his at all and the other 3 of us only had a handful of bites and threw the rest away. Complete waste of money and highly disappointed as they had never had Bahama bucks before and I was so exited to take them for their first time.

went because my cousin has coupons for free small drinks. tried to order a smores but was told it wasnt covered by the coupon which is fine so i ordered something else. our total was high for the things we ordered and we were a little confused. we got the order and it turns out she gave me the smores anyways, and still took our coupons so i had to go and ask for one back since it did not count for the coupon. the smores is supposed to have chocolate and they didnt tell us until we asked where it was that they were out. would be great to know that they didnt have the thing that makes it a smores and i paid for a $6 vanilla milkshake instead that i didnt even want. not great experience.

I had to give one star but if I was able to give 0, I would. I love snow cones, in fact, they are my favorite dessert. So, obviously, Bahama Bucks is usually my first choice for a sweet treat- not anymore. I walked in last night a good while before close, so it’s not like I walked in 5 minutes before they shut things down, I would understand a sloppy job if it was right before close but it wasn’t, which is where my disappointment stems from. Anyways, I ordered a simple peach cobbler snow cone and I specifically requested the cream topping to only be on top, and for just a light drizzle of it. I leave a tip and wait on my treat. What I am handed is a 3/4 of the way filled, baby sized slush. Alls good, a little extra syrup never hurt anyone. But here’s the kicker, 2 of the 3 quarters of the snow cone was cream. That means I paid almost 7 dollars plus a tip for a cup of cream with a drizzle of slush. I’m not one to complain but playing with my money like that is not funny and has really shifted my view on this establishment. I feel like the employees don’t really care about the quality or quantity of the product I’m paying for which is why I will no longer be visiting this place. Very dissatisfied, especially since this isn’t the first time this has happened, which shows that I can’t trust this place to deliver quality treats.

I had a terrible set of experiences here. I visited this store with my family and they didn't have shave ice... imagine that, a shave ice store that doesn't have shave ice. This place is filthy, my niece had to roll her wheelchair through dead bees and syrup because the can't be bothered to clean. I found the service to be just as bad.

Filthy dirty! Those are the only two words that come to mind when I visit Bahama bucks in bee cave. I've had to wipe down my own tables on numerous occasions, bathrooms are disgusting, garbage cans are ALWAYS overflowing! This place is obviously very poorly managed. The employees are all young and seem to be working hard so that's why I blame the management. We love the shaved ice but unfortunately we are done with this place!!

Disappointed is an understatement...My friends and I go to Bahama Bucks every other day but when we went today we were THOROUGHLY disappointed. There was zero flavor in our snow cones and the bottom was completely ice! It was awful. I expected a much better snow cones given that this is their job. If it helps, they were teenagers!
