I was starving today when I came to eat at Bon! They have a wonderful lunch special in which you can pick one “choice role”, and then receive Nigri and Sashimi Chef picks. This is fun because you can pick a roll and then you can also get surprised by some delicious food. The special comes with edamame, miso soup, and a mouth-watering salad. It was within the $20 range. Our waitress was great. However there seemed to be a problem with the chef, and we never got our appetizers/they didn't come out until AFTER our meal... The entree wasn't great either.

The quality of the fish seems to have gone down and tonight’s 10 piece sashimi was almost inedible. All the fish was slightly warmer than comfortable, scallops were chewy and fishy, and the tuna which is typically our favorite has this odd smoke flavor.
