Disappointed. When ordering online wayyyyy earlier than my arrival my cookie was marked as available, but when I picked up I had to pick one of the other flavors I wasnt crazy about. This goes back to prioritization and execution. If I order in advance with options available, those options should be set aside.

Store smelled like feet, windows and store in general needs to be cleaned. Half of the technology in the store that should provide ambience to the customer screams in need of help as of it is out of order.

Guys, this is cookies not rocket science. I truly expect better.

Woe unto thee, Crumbl of beecave, purveyor of costly crumbs.

For lo, I journeyed forty long minutes through the land, compelled not by my own desires, but by the will of my wife, unto thy establishment. And behold, I laid down seventeen pieces of silver for six cookies, small of stature yet mighty in price.

And when I cast my eyes upon the cookies, I found not joy, but abomination

For the Oreo cookie stood naked and unadorned, forsaken of its frosting, as Adam before the fall. And the Ultimate Peanut Butter cookie—unto which a drizzle had been promised—was left dry and desolate, as the wilderness in a season of drought.

Great was my disappointment, and righteous was my indignation.

I returned unto the counter, seeking only that which was promised. Yet the keeper of the register hardened his heart and declared, ā€œI cannot help thee.ā€ Thus was I turned away, forsaken.

And this sorrow cut deeper still, for I am not ignorant of thy ways. I labored once in thy kitchens in the land of Utah, where thou wast conceived, and I knew Crumbl when it walked uprightly and honored its recipes. In those days, the teachings of the forefathers were upheld, and no cookie went forth unfinished.

How grievous it is, then, to behold how far thou hast strayed from the path laid down by thy forefathers. Hearken ye, and cast not their traditions to the wayside.

Woe unto thee, for thou leadest the blind astray, who have never beheld the glory of the first Crumbl. They eat in ignorance, for they discern not that which hath been lost.

Hear me now: when one demandeth such a price for such humble baked goods, the workmanship thereof must be exceedingly fine. For if I am to be taxed seventeen dollars for mere cookies, then let them come forth in their fullness, lacking neither frosting nor peanut drizzle.

Repent, Crumbl, and remember thy frosting. Lest others wander forth and suffer the same fate, paying dearly for cookies that are wanting.

Woe, woe unto thee, until thou repenteth of thy ways and returneth unto the straight and narrow.

Super disappointed with this order. I used to work at Crumbl, so I know how these cookies are supposed to look and taste. The peanut butter cookie didn’t even have the drizzle, and the chocolate chunk cookie was weirdly shaped and tasted off.

For how expensive these cookies are, the quality just wasn’t there at all. It honestly felt rushed and careless, like no one bothered to check the product before handing it to customers?? Crumbl is known for presentation and consistency,
this was neither. It’s really not that hard to serve well-made cookies (what the company promotes). This place has gone downhill. The employees really need to tighten things up and pay more attention to what they’re serving.

This location is terrible, my girl friend and I went into this location to grab 4 cookies. The best one was the Dubai chocolate one but the other 4 were probably the worst dessert I’ve ever tried. They were extremely hard and stale. The shapes and designs of the cookies were awful. If I’m spending $25 dollars on 4 cookies I expect them to be damn near perfect. I’ve had this crumbl before and it was amazing the first time I went but who ever is working there currently is obviously not doing a good job at putting effort into customer satisfaction. I will never go to this crumbl again I recommend not going. The fact that I spend $25 dollars on these cookies makes me feel ashamed terrible service and quality. If you wanna get screwed out of your money then go to crumbl, it’s basically scamming if I buy something that has a beautiful presentation online and then I receive the product and it’s missing all the special add ons and shapes and designs that’s scamming
