I placed an online order for two pizzas and bread bites at 4:30pm, for a 5:30 delivery. Our pizzas weren’t delivered until 7:10pm. When I called to find out where the pizzas were at, I was told “they will get there eventually “. Our pizzas were cold and bread bites were undercooked. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered a couple of pizzas. I was given a wait time about 35 minutes. It went to 45 minutes. The estimated delivery time kept going up and up. The tracker did not move past make. We got to an hour and 25 minutes. I tried to call and couldn’t get through. I drove to their location. It was busy. There were a number of people in there. The wait times on the board were crazy. The people ahead of me had also ordered online. They had also waited over an hour and like me the went to the store to cancel because they were not answering the phones.
The whole place is just an absolute mess. It looked like chaos in there. I won’t buy a Domino’s Pizza again. I haven’t bought from them for a number of years and I thought I’d give them a go but this was a major fail and red flag.
I cancelled and then went to a place near by and I wish I’d done that to start with.

Picked up 3 pizza's at Bee Cave location today because they had a special. In the past, pizza has been ok. Today the pizza was FANTASTIC! Lots of toppings, good and cheesy and hot at pick up. I would order again!!!!

I ordered delivery 2 pizzas on 06/26 and was delivered somewhere else. I called and I was told order was canceled. I was charged 84.92 $ for 2 pizzas and bread sticks were free. I never got refunded and all my calls has no result. Very dissapointed and such expensive on the other way . Money wasted be mindful when make an order with them .

Ordered 2 topping *Philly steak and bacon) pizza w BBQ sauce. Was sent the Philly steak Specialty pizza instead, that has ingredients I cannot eat because I'm allergic to them. I called to let the girl know I received the wrong pizza and she got snarky with me saying she made the pizza herself, she's the assistant manager and she put all the ingredients on there but she left off the bacon. And I said I did not order it that way, and in all the 8 years I've lived here I have never received a pizza where someone added these other ingredients she kept saying well you ordered the Philly steak Pizza. She would not listen to me, I was trying to tell her no that is not what I ordered I ordered a two topping only specifically saying the word only when i ordered. She would not give me a refund she would not remake the pizza told me if I had a problem I could take it up with the manager tomorrow and hung up on me. So I'm sitting they're looking at a pizza I can't eat no dinner for me thank you very much. And no refund. So I called back and ask her again for a refund and she yells at me over the phone I told you three times you'll have to talk to the manager tomorrow and hung up. All this after waiting an hour for my delivery. I'll be taking the pizza up tomorrow to show the manager. It's a damn good thing I didn't eat it I'd be in the hospital right now. I would think the assistant manager would know the difference between a simple two-topping pizza, and a specialty pizza. Zero recommendation.

Unacceptable I hope that everybody Reading this knows night crew is no good no Bueno they are trash. completely Unacceptable. I don’t care if the franchise owns I will let you corporate office. That is against policy to have your store closed before closing time. 2nd horrible experience here first time manger called to say that if i wasnt there in less than 5 min they were not making my order. This store needs new managers and staff

Love our local Domino’s Team! Online ordering is my preference which makes it quick and easy to have our favorite Homemade Pan pizzas delivered. The delivery drivers are always so friendly! We always smile when we see the notification update that “Our driver, Billy is in the neighborhood.” Billy is the sweetest!
