This is the worst experience I have recently and will not come back. Been getting bagel from this place for years and had no problem getting the bagel sliced and toasted. The new cashier with glasses said they don't toast for 6 bagels and never did. That's too much. The shop had been doing it for years. Fine, I won't come back.

Why does the management of this branch allow panhandlers to harass people for money outside their building? Unbelievable. I used to like eating breakfast here, but I'm not going to endure being hounded for "donations" just to get a bagel. If you really want to treat your customers like trash, why not make them pay for parking too?

Egg, brisket bagel...cold, tasteless, and "brisket" globs of fat and cold. These are expensive and not edible.I got a Reply from the owner that says we're glad you enjoyed. And hope to see you again sir. Apparently they did not read the review.

Stale bagels for to go. Never had any issues at any other locations. But, this location at beecave, this was my second visit and service and food quality both are very bad.

Second time brewed tea tastes like coffee. since this new manager decided to not brew the remaining several boxes of Mango Tea, I thought at least the Tea I didn't want would taste like iced tea. Second time "a slice of red onion" on the bagel was only a couple pieces that barely showed through the cream cheese. Second bagel not toasted as ordered. Is this so very hard or just a perfect example of the Peter Principle? Will drive further to William cannon. Still can't get mango tea, but at least the bagels are prepared as ordered. How about promoting the new shift lead to manager as soon as he is ready. Gonna miss this location, but less each time we go in and are sadly disappointed!
