This place used to be great. Now the menu is boring, the prices are obscene, and the ambiance is very bleh. I came in to get a beet salad with goat cheese (a menu item no longer available) and ended up with a tasteless greasy burger and over salted fries. The coffee has gone downhill and the staff was all talking about where else they’d rather work (literally). I don’t know what happened but this place is not even a shell of what it used to be. Will not be visiting again.
Food and drinks are too pricy. Lack of service and the way food and drinks were handled. Food was ok, I won't be going back. Several things in the garden area needed attention that were not working or were dirty.
Great breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos, lattes and more. Wonderful staff and great atmosphere. Thank you!
Cute ambiance but I paid $13 for a matcha latte, the barista made it wrong multiple times, gave away the incorrect drinks to random people in line and then forgot multiple adaptogens I paid for. The staff was extremely young looking but the customer service needs some major work. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
I don’t know what happened…. This place used to be yummy but now the food is lackluster at best. :-/ I paid $14 for a microwaved root veggie bowl over rice. And meager portions at that. So sad!
Food took forever and when we finally inquired they delivered our lunch with cold fries and an overdone burger. Disappointed.
So amazing foods and drinks! Very impressive!
Cute place, didn't try the cooked food but the chia pudding was yummy. Matcha latte was ok. Not sweet or flavored.
I go for the pancake and hot chai tea every time.
Super cute cafe attached to a yoga and wellness studio. The ladies working the front are so sweet, and the food and coffee is delicious! Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area.

We were in line to order breakfast. While waiting for them to complete an order with someone else for 2 minutes the time for lunch switched over and they refused to serve us breakfast. I feel that I should’ve been served breakfast as I was in line during breakfast time. Unhappy with the service.
Paid 20 bucks for two rock hard pastries and a couple of coffees. Service was horrible. Watched the barista make herself a latte and drink it behind the bar, have an entire conversation, before making a lap around the restaurant, and THEN making the other barista make our drinks. Almost left but felt like a sin to pay 20 bucks with only two rocks in our hands.
I’ve given this place several opportunities before posting this review. For the price the service is not great. I call in orders and still end up having to wait several minutes. I specifically asked how long. Was told 5 minutes. Got here after 10 mins and still told to wait. One day I ordered 3 i teams and nearly paid $40 bucks. For breakfast, coffee, and a juice. Several options around. Better service.
I have found another new favorite place for gluten-free, dairy-free food in Austin. I discovered it after finding Alive + Well, the place connected next door to Elle's Cafe. I do not live in Austin; I live an hour North, but now, every time I make a visit to Austin, I stop by Elle's for their Paleo Pancakes to-go. The look of the place is cute, the service and kindness from employees is great. I have gone there 3 times now and they do not disappoint. Highly recommend for anyone gluten-free, dairy-free, and looking for yummy breakfast items. :D
Convenient and quick service. Good coffee, pastries and light fare. High-priced menu. Unclean: tables are self-bused and every time others have chosen to not clean up, I have noticed that those tables remain that way. Patio doors are often left open during the day, which is nice in cooler temps, just don’t dine-in unless you enjoy constantly swatting flies over your dish.
