One of the best cupcakes in the Austin area! They offer a great variety of flavors, and the prices are very reasonable. The small dine-in area is a nice touch, allowing you to enjoy your cupcake fresh.They have gluten free option.

Great product the store is usually stocked Great atmosphere great location I highly recommend you try this place at least once and share the information .. I tried to buy some merchandise to wear to do free advertisement to support the business because I met one of the owners before and I want to do my part in helping them stay around even longer I would promote something that I did not like , every cup cake that they offer is delicious

Stopped here for the first time this week. Very little welcome from staff, they just stood there and looked at us. I had to ask what flavors were popular as it was my first time in Gigis. Of course then they want you to leave a tip which I did but it would have been a lot better had they welcomed us in and provided better service. Now to the cupcakes- be prepared to pay some $$. I bought 2 carrot cake, a wedding cake, a red velvet, and 2 cheesecakes. The cupcakes were all very dry and the icing was hard as a rock. I was not a fan of any of them. The cheesecake was the best but the icing on top is way too thick. Sad to say this was my first and last visit to Gigis.

Cupcakes! I very excited to try them out, after see so many episodes on TV. The young lady who helped me didn't smile, not inviting just bland. I feel like when working in such a store with all the sugar & sweets you should have a smile on your face 100% just a up beat spirit.

So I purchased two cupcakes (Cherry cheesecake, Oreo and 4 little variety minis).

My personal opinion cherry cheesecake was the best one. All the other ones that I picked were dry no moistness hard with no flavor. I was disappointed.

Other than that the shop was clean smelled clean.

These cupcakes are absolutely delicious and super fresh! I bought a 6 count on kept half in the fridge for a few days. Kid you not the cupcake was still just as good on day 4 in my fridge as the one I ate the same day I bought it! The only thing was the day I went the employee wasn’t as welcoming as I’d hope since I had never been there and wanted to ask questions. She was still efficient in helping me. I will definitely be returning!

Cupcakes is really good. They’re soft and fresh. It’s a lot of frosting, I had to scrape some of it off. But the cupcake truly is delicious. They have a beautiful display case and a lot of flavors to choose from. The cupcake comes in a beautiful box, so you could easily give this as a gift.Kind of felt rushed by the lady behind the counter. It was a little off putting. So I just chose a chocolate flavored cupcake and hurried out so she could go back to whatever it was she was doing behind the curtain.I did take it to go. Didn’t want to be a bother.

Driving back from Llano and seriously needed an afternoon cup of coffee. The oatmilk latte was excellent but the cookie dough cupcake was transformative. I didn't really appreciate what you could do with a cupcake until today. My wife and I sat in the car and ate the cupcake we'd planned to take home. It never made it the highway. Fantastic. Just fantastic. New bar from now on.
