The food is always great, but the last 3 times I have been here the staff has been rude, completely ignored me all together or bothered when I ask for anything, I always order on the app which you would think streamlines things but everytime there are employees doing nothing while I wait 15+ minutes to get my food..it’s a let down because it’s delicious but the attitude and lack of care at this location makes me not want to return

Years ago I ate from a gas station location in North Carolina... Didn't go back for over 10 years... Now the Bee Cave location is on regular rotation, they blew me away when I finally gave them another shot.

Terrible experience made the sandwiches wrong when I told him 3 times what I wanted messed it up still. When I went to payed I gave him $100 and gave me back the wrong amount of change took 4 crew members to help get the right amount of money back... staff were rude and a few had an attitude will not be coming back to this jersey mikes

Great flavor as always but the guacamole was brown. It was a little different tasting but I went ahead and ate the whole sandwich. Later that night my stomach was in great pain and I started going through a food poisoning episode. Throwing up and going through aches and cold flashes. Check the lettuce and guac to ensure no one else is getting sick

I don’t know what it is about their ham and provolone sandwich, but I am a HUGE fan. I could eat a large sandwich, Mike’s Way, with jalapeño chips, and be totally happy for a few hours. I love ordering online and picking up at the restaurant, although the estimated times aren’t always right. No worries, though, as the sandwich is worth waiting for.

My favorite sub is the BIG KAHUNA CHEESE STEAK! True Jersey style. Delicious,fresh, nice and hot,when I had curbside pick up. I was very happy with their subs.Lots of great steak and cheese.. I HIGHLY recommend Jersey Mikes at Bee Cave Galleria,in Lakeway,Tx..
Vegetarian options: Hire reliable driver's that don't lie. This driver texted and said my food was handed to me at my apt door.NOT TRUE.My neighbor finally saw my food and knocked on my door.Then I got a text saying that my delivery was completed. Was not true!
