Went in to pick up a sandwich and they just left it on the counter for 15 minutes until I asked about it. If you’re picking up you need to hound them for your sandwich or they will just ignore you and your order.

Today I’m so disappointed my husband came in for our Orders and the crew was rude they took everyone orders around him and served him last and our order was completely wrong I never felt so much racism from this spot . They gave him his bag without the food and told him wait bc we gave yours to someone else. I’m so disappointed Jerry mikes.

If you like extremely long wait times you will not be disappointed. Full of angry rude employee that will delay orders, lie on timelines, and laugh at you . No work ethic amd terrible atmosphere.. overall very low quality in everyway

The food is always great, but the last 3 times I have been here the staff has been rude, completely ignored me all together or bothered when I ask for anything, I always order on the app which you would think streamlines things but everytime there are employees doing nothing while I wait 15+ minutes to get my food..it’s a let down because it’s delicious but the attitude and lack of care at this location makes me not want to return

Terrible experience made the sandwiches wrong when I told him 3 times what I wanted messed it up still. When I went to payed I gave him $100 and gave me back the wrong amount of change took 4 crew members to help get the right amount of money back... staff were rude and a few had an attitude will not be coming back to this jersey mikes
Great flavor as always but the guacamole was brown. It was a little different tasting but I went ahead and ate the whole sandwich. Later that night my stomach was in great pain and I started going through a food poisoning episode. Throwing up and going through aches and cold flashes. Check the lettuce and guac to ensure no one else is getting sick

I don’t know what it is about their ham and provolone sandwich, but I am a HUGE fan. I could eat a large sandwich, Mike’s Way, with jalapeño chips, and be totally happy for a few hours. I love ordering online and picking up at the restaurant, although the estimated times aren’t always right. No worries, though, as the sandwich is worth waiting for.
