This was my first time at Maple Street Biscuit Company, and it was such a great experience.
The service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. The biscuits are truly spot on — fluffy, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for when you go to a place known for biscuits.
I also want to shout out Lance, the general manager, who was incredibly kind and attentive. He made sure I enjoyed everything, checked in, and made the whole experience feel genuinely welcoming.
Great food, great service, great vibes. Highly recommend.

We’d never heard of this place until this morning, but WOW. We were sent to the Bee Cave, TX location, and Sharon, one of the managers, was absolutely amazing! And OMGGGGGGG - you HAVE to try the food here. I got the Squawking Goat biscuit and let me tell you, my tastebuds are still doing a happy dance!
Pro tip: Get the Squawking Goat without the pepper jelly and with the mushroom gravy. Trust me, your tastebuds will thank you - and probably throw a little party too.
We’re definitely coming back. The service, the food - everything was phenomenal. 10/10, 5⭐️, would recommend to everyone and their dog!

Food is awesome, employees are super friendly, in fact the food was so good I got up, after eating, and forgot my purse on the back of the chair. Called when I got home and they had put it in the safe for me to pick up when I came back. So grateful!

Such an amazing place! Sharon welcomed us with a beaming Maple Street smile and spirit, offering us fantastic complimentary bites for our first visit. We had the Retro plate and Chix and Waffles. Both were tremendously tasty and very well presented. And, filling enough for entire football team! Highly recommend. Superb staff. A++

This is THE spot if you want a fantastic, delicious, and easy breakfast. The food is consistently excellent, the staff is phenomenal (shout out to the manager, Sharon!), and you always leave with a happy belly full of spectacular food.

This was the best breakfast I’ve had in years. The food alone warrants the five stars, but what made it even better was Sharon in the front who made us feel at home there. It was our first time going and she walked us through everything, provided recommendations (all spot on), and was extremely warm and friendly. This place is pretty far from where I live but I know I’ll make the drive out again.

Waited 25 minutes for food when I was the only one in the restaurant. Once people arrived 10 minutes after me with a similar order they good their food first. I will say food was amazing just took long.

The restaurant was neat, clean, and organized. The service was quick. The service was very friendly. The food had nice portions, looked good, and smelled good. However, the food did lack in flavor. I did a to-go order, so that may have affected the taste. I don't know. But the biscuits needed more of a buttery flavor. The chicken was crunchy and filling, but was a bit bland. Maybe add some spices to it. The sausage gravy was thick, and had a good consistency. The flavor kicked in at the end though. The food was at decent price for what I paid. I just wish it would have more flavor.
