Absolutely outstanding service at American Cookie Company! The young man working the Sunday afternoon shift was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. His warm personality and genuine care made the experience feel personal and memorable. It’s rare to come across customer service this good — he deserves recognition! The ice cream was great, but the service made it unforgettable.

Great American Cookie is the best place in Bee Cave TX to stop for treats!! Naomi was great in helping us choose a flavor!! My kids love this place and the service is always great!! Make sure to stop by when shopping at The Shops at the Galleria!

Naomi was very friendly and inviting. She had suggestions and was very attentive. The space was clean and of course the products both cookies and ice cream were delicious. 💙

I ordered a large square cookie for my son’s birthday day. I spoke to them on the phone and also sent pics. The writing was just terrible, looks like they left out letters in happy birthday then went back to squeeze them in. HAPPY Birthday, large happy squishes birthday.Does birthday end with a g?? The name wasn’t even centered. Please don’t be a fool like me and tip when you prepay. My $84 cookie cake was a total joke. I did contact them by text several time and no response.
Update- Marco, the owner, contacted me and asked for pics of the above cake. He agreed the printing was terrible . The decorator had given me her personal phone to send pics of what I wanted and that prevented the owner even seeing them. Marco was kind and gave me a $40 refund and a $20 credit at the store to use. I appreciate his efforts in correcting the problem . I am changing my review to 4 stars for his efforts.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED by this place!!! They will cancel your order say they’re goin to refund you and never do. And guess what? The phone number goes to some voicemail that’s in another language. I am shocked that GAC would allow one of their locations to operate this way. Not only do they owe me now for 2 canceled orders due to “unexpected circumstances” but they also frequently would cancel things from my uber order but again didn’t refund it and Uber is a nightmare and won’t refund anything. It’s awful I cannot fathom how this location is even open still. Literally they are stealing peoples money

We stopped by yesterday for cookies and ice cream. Met the new owner Marco, he was so nice! He's working on getting a solid crew and better hours. Super excited and happy to see a nice human with his customers being put first. Go check them out.
