Lisa was amazing! She was completely understanding of me not being completely sure of what I wanted. Always kept a smile on her face and made sure my toddler loved her ice cream afterwords. Definitely will be coming back and hoping Lisa will be here to help us again. Best customer service and friendliness!

Arrived after they opened at 12:15, and they did not have their cookie cake by the slice ready. What kind of Great American Cookies opens without one of their most popular items ready? It shows that the employees aren’t ready and obviously don’t complete their prep for the day. Very unprofessional.
Great place for ice cream. Plenty of flavors and mix-ins. If you come on a Friday or Saturday night parking is somewhat of a problem because of all the people at Woodys next door. Highly recommend!

Amazing store. Cookie Cake decorations are nice.It is really hard to draw with icing and they still manage to do a great job. People who think the artwork is bad need to go get there eyes checked LOL

i think the employee marshall coldwell deserves loads of appreciation, he made my experience very fun and exciting. he also suggested me a cookie and it was the best cookie i’ve ever had. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE.
