I absolutely dislike their service. I had a question about breakfast and THE MANAGER saw my mom and I standing by the cashiers and she kept talking to another employee after clearly looking at us and walked away. I had to go up and talk to another employee to ask if they were still serving breakfast. The food is okay, but I have lived here for 6 years now and the service has always been this way. Absolutely horrible. Rude employees.
Kiosk only store no employee will help you just tell you to use the kiosk

This McDonald’s ALWAYS massively underfills their fries. This is my fries without eating a single one. And no, there aren’t a bunch in the bottom of the bag. They are also often cold and lacking salt.

I go every morning to get coffee and the staff is amazing. This is the first time going at night and the staff was SO rude. I asked for the cookies to be dropped fresh and I didn’t mind waiting. They made me wait a really long time just for them to bring me cookies that are hard like a rock, not fresh at all and they did not even bring me the correct amount. I asked for 6 and they brought out 3. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to the next McDonald’s than to go back to this one.
Food is always great. I dislike how they push everyone through the drive-thru line to wait in a parking spot for you food.

My order was ready in about 7 minutes after payment, the place looked clean and organized, everyone I approached with a question was willing to answer with smile, good job.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids playground and kids meal

I ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. I was charged.35 extra n it was in the box not the sandwich. My spouse ordered 2 cheese burgers n they were ice cold! Never again will I go to this McDonald's. Wake up owner.

1. The attitude of the person who was on the phone taking orders was terrible without enthusiasm, very bad attitude when taking the order and when collecting payment. 2. I just ordered a Happy Meal with Fries without Salt. They could not comply with what I asked for. I also told the girl who gave me my order that I asked for them without salt, she was very nice (Paulette) but inside someone else yelled that they cannot be given without salt. Also the manager said: "Just leave it" (Dennys) As a manager your job is to inspect that everything goes well, as it should and to give the customer what they ask for, even more so with something as simple as some simple fries without salt. 3. I was only asking for what I was paying for, nothing more
Kid-friendliness: Very bad, even though it is for children, they should have more attention and importance, but they only go to do the job but not to satisfy the client or be kind.
