Good customer service , ambience , lots of options to choose from and yummy soups.

Visited on a Sunday morning and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I tried the egg croissant and the chicken ciabatta — both were fresh and tasty. The place has plenty of space for dine-in, making it a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy your food.

If you want to be waited on by someone in full drag this is the place for you. A guy with full Halloween painted on makeup with a blonde wig will greet you. We walked right out along with the people in front of us.

Most Panera restaurants are all about the same, and this one is no exception. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary and the prices are decent. The service was a little slow, but it’s nice that they have both indoor and outdoor seating. They had a new seasonal item, Mexican street corn chowder, which looked good, but I haven’t tried it yet.

They served underheated sandwich and literally a rotten apple

Panera isn’t supposed to be serving days old bread!!! We just picked up a sandwich and my daughter chose the bread side and it is stale.!!!

The food was just terrible. Frankly I can get better food in the frozen section of HEB. They have gone full
Preprocessed, poor quality ingredients, fake cheese etc. also it’s all self serve now. Just not a good experience

We used to love getting delivery from Panera but we pretty much never do anymore because they are constantly out of items, long before closing time. I get that all they care about is money so they prepare a conservative amount to avoid waste, but they have the opposite problem. When you have customers going elsewhere because you don’t have enough food, you’re throwing money away.
