They canceled my order and didn't call me
Last time I went here, and really most times I go, great service. Though sometimes the person taking my order doesn't seem too thrilled. But hey, usually it's at a slow time and I'm sure they're trying to get tasks done.
Placed an order online and had to call in to make a change. I was delivered the wrong pizza any way, and when I called back, the first guy hung up on me and the second guy (the one who supposedly changed my order) copped a massive attitude and informed me he sent what I ordered.
Wait times are much longer than the given online times. Staff is not apologetic on delays, making me think it may be their routine. I just wish online times correlate with actual time to get order ready, I don't mind starting late at home, but don't like to wait there for @10 minutes
We love the cheese stuffed crust pizza. The wings are really good too. The brownies definitely missed the mark but the minnie apple pies are great

Costs twice as much if you try to walk in and order, had to sit and order from my phone. My last Pizza Hut pizza!

Ordered a pizza 1 1/2 hours ago. Finally called to find out the status of our order. Employee that answered the phone stated that he only had one driver and then proceeded to hang up on my wife. Called back 10 minutes later and stated that the driver was back at the store because we didn't answer the door. I explained that the driver had never come to our house as we had been home for hours. Said he would send the driver back out with our pizza that was now hours old. Worst customer service ever, moral of the story, never order from Pizza Hut Lakeway. I will make it a mission to let everyone I know, how they conduct business.

I wanted to say thank you for years of outstanding customer service! The team is efficient, delivery is always quick, and the food is amazing every time!
