Had to look for someone to help me pick up order. Dealt with 3 different people before I got take out order. Fried Shrimp soggy inside and a bleachy taste. Tossed it all! 2nd bad exp at this location in Galleria. I won't be going back

To start, I’m a regular here. Atleast twice a week if not more. I give 5 stars to the staff and food but 1 star to the manager. She does not treat the employees the way they deserve. Ive worked in the service industry and was always taught to value your employees, ESPECIALLY when you’re understaffed. And within the service industry you need to have great customer service. You should never get in trouble for talking to your customers and making sure they have everything they need. Which is what happened. Bri and raylene are the most top notch employees they’ve had in YEARS. And they deserve to be treated with full respect because they are the reason we keep coming back. The manager Erin does not respect customer service obviously. And there were multiple people that witnessed this situation. It makes me so upset to see this kind of thing when I really enjoy going here. And I’ve met the manager in person and she seemed great. This establishment needs to value their employees before they lose them and their customers.

have eaten at many Saltgrass steakhouses in Texas. By far this was the worst food yet received. I ordered Pat's 12 0z ribeye and wife has soup and salad combo. My steak was at least 1/2 fat and gristle and wife's soup came out luke warm. Soup was returned to the kitchen. I mentioned to server the poor quality of my steak and he sent Manager to our table. Manager saw at least 1/2 of my steak cut up to be discarded and told me she wished she had seen it sooner so something could have been done. Duh??????? I will not return to this Saltgrass location.

Third time at the Bee Cave location since moving here a month ago. Excellent food and service. Manager we met, Kayli, frequently checks on each table and is quite personable. She compliments the overall operation.Restaurant highly reccommended.

Had amazing night with my boyfriend for Valentines Day, our waitress was great to us and we had a great time. I was disappointed when they ran out of baked potatoes but still had some really good steak and potatoes.
Food was good as always, service was definitely an issue. We were brought drinks by one server who then notified us that she would not be our server for the night, they also didn't provide us with any straws or utensils. Then she disappeared and the new server was no where to be found, after about 7 minutes our waiter showed up to take our order. We had to ask for bread to be brought because he wasn't aware none had been brought over by the original waiter. Next ,because we had no utensils, when he brought out the salads we couldn't eat them. I got up to use the restroom and when I came back I was informed the waiter hadn't showed back up. We sat there for about 10 minutes before the waiter showed up and told him we needed utensils. He then asked if the other waiter had brought any, they didn't and it should've been obvious. Then shortly after, the main food came out, we had no time left to eat the salads.
Everything was good. I had to give it a three because my steak wasn't cooked the way I liked it. But other than that, everything was good.
