The food is great, the service was good, the atmosphere is ok. But to be fair, I personally have never cared for schlotzsky's esthetic and care for it much less since they 'updated' the look

Is my first time here, The man who was taking my order was absolutely disrespectful, he was pressuring me to place the order, he didnt care to up-sale the ticket or give a good impression to the client TERRIBLE ATTITUDE for costumer service! I AM NOT COMING BACK

This schlotzskys was super clean I was greeted immediately. Staff made friendly conversation. The atmosphere was calm and comforting. Dont see many fast food places like this.

We have been eating Schlotzky’s for YEARS. This location has the best bred/ sourdough buns of all the locations I’ve ever eaten at, hands down. Quick friendly service too!

Went through the drive thru. Our originals were so fresh! In the early 1970’s, I would go to the original location on South Congress in Austin! Been a fan ever since!

I have been bringing my wife and my family to this location for a while now. AB who works here is the ONLY reason we come into this location. He always makes us feel like we are part of a local family. I spend quite literally a few thousand dollars a year buying food for my staff from here because of him. AB is hands down one of the kindest people we have met in the hospitality industry. Will be going back as long as he work at this location. Thanks for everything AB!!!!!

Even though the food is good, yall always mess up the order in some way or give me a completely different one.

Sandwich was PERFECTLY assembled not thrown together as happens at most places.

Do not eat their salads, they are not fresh.
Ordered a Greek salad, tomatoes were old definitely not fresh neither were the greens, there was a crumb of feta so when I kindly asked one of the managers to remake the salad she insisted that the old tomatoes were fresh, very disappointed! never coming back to this location. I do not recommend this location.
