The cashier was very dishonest. I’ve ordered 4 dozens of donuts. There is a price difference between individual donuts vs dozen donut. She tried to charge me for 48 donuts instead of 4 dozens of donuts which has $7.54 difference. After I pointed out she refunded me and charged right price without apology. Do check your receipt!!!!!

This place is consistently good! We live in the area and often stop by to grab a box of donuts to binge on!! My husband loves their donuts and the people who work here are always super nice! We wish they were open 24/7 so that we could indulge more often!

Awful. New to the area and was craving Dunkin’ Donuts but there are none around. Just awful - the donuts are excessively sweet and the “cold brew” came from an open pitcher in a refrigerator that tasted like plastic. I guess I had to try it to know. Will never come back.

We're here for the cake! Sadly, the cake was not there for us. I've gone to Shipley's since I was a kid and I've always enjoyed it. It is a nostalgic place for me. My husband and I share a love for cake donuts. During our most recent visit, we were pretty disappointed to find that the cake donuts are half the size that they used to be. Honestly, we would have been happier to just pay more for a normal size donut. I think we will be looking for a new donut place.
