I ordered a DoorDash from this location and they completely messed up my order and substituted with things I did not want. I will not be ordering from this location again it’s not that hard to do donuts.

Not sure if the man working the register was the manager or not, but when I pulled in he was in the front smoking a cigarette. No big deal… but when walking in to the shop right behind him, he never went to wash his hands. He didn’t say hello or give any kind of greeting. He just looked at me and said, “Yes?”. I asked him if he had a certain donut and his response was by waving his hand to the back counter and saying, “What you see is what I have. I close in 40 minutes!”. I told him I would go somewhere else because I didn’t feel welcome, and that he needed to work on his attitude if he didn’t want to lose customers. He just laughed at me and waved bye… I frequented this location often as I live very close, but will not be returning. Customer service is a hard job, trust me I know, but I’ve been in the business myself now for quite a while and have never & would never treat a customer that way. I would never treat anyone that way. Do better Bee Cave location.

Very clean and well-maintained shop. The donuts were fresh and delicious, and I really appreciated the variety they offered. There are a few dining tables available for those who want to sit and enjoy. A nice highlight is the viewing window where you can watch the donuts being made — kids especially will love this! The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit!

Let me say if you treat your delivery services like trash then why would a driver come back to order anything at your store!?!
Rude service to anyone is unacceptable and you should at least make it clear where you want the driver to go for delivery pickup and not act rudely at them.
So remember if you treat anyone with that type of behavior then you do not deserve to be in business.

Although a bit sweet, the glazed cake was very fresh and well done!
Donut Lovers beware! The salesgirl wore her gloves all day, then casually picked up my donut after handling who-knows-what. Disgusting. No thanks! Basic food safety should be common sense, but clearly, proper training was never a priority here. Those gloves have touched everything today—unacceptable!
Waste of time since I drove 30 minutes to come here.

The cashier was very dishonest. I’ve ordered 4 dozens of donuts. There is a price difference between individual donuts vs dozen donut. She tried to charge me for 48 donuts instead of 4 dozens of donuts which has $7.54 difference. After I pointed out she refunded me and charged right price without apology. Do check your receipt!!!!!

This place is consistently good! We live in the area and often stop by to grab a box of donuts to binge on!! My husband loves their donuts and the people who work here are always super nice! We wish they were open 24/7 so that we could indulge more often!
