Simply Ramen and Gyoza

Best ramen I've had in Texas so far. The broth is very rich. They got it right! The Gyoza appetizer was amazing!

Happened to stop by for lunch and ended up with a new favorite eating place! Dumplings and sushi were delicious, service was excellent, and prices very reasonable.

Usually great. Come frequently for the yuzu ramen chicken which I’ve gotten for years. The serving size has been changed to literally half the size. Please go back to normal sizes.

The simply red ramen was so good, flavorful and spicy. It was obvious the gyoza was freshly made. Going to add this to our regular rotation!

Been meaning to try this place for a while. After a late afternoon of shopping I did. It was really a cool place. The ambiance was beautiful. Our server and the people were super nice. The cool thing is the brought our food out on a little robot serving machine. The food was amazing 👏 presentation was outstanding. The only thing it could have been a little hotter. I like a ramen steaming out. This was lukewarm. But very delicious. I am looking forward to returning and trying the sushi. I'll definitely be back. Love this place ❤️

They expended the menu. There's now more appetizers, sushi and sashimi choices, more varieties of ramen, main courses and more varieties of beers and sake. Everything was really good.

No matter how good the service and ambience may be, the food has to be good. Fresh it is, delicious it isn't. The chicken breast was too dry and the broth was bland as water. If you want to see what real chicken ramen looks like, google "Marudori Chicken Shoyu Paitan". This one gives you an elevated instant ramen experience at best.

Great ramen shop in the galleria area. If you're lucky you might even get served by the robot cat.
