We loooooove Simply Ramen. There’s a lot of great ramen spots in Austin but Simply Ramen is my favorite. The simply classic ramen is my go to - the broth is to die for!! They have really great appetizers as well - especially the karage and steamed buns. What I love about Simply Ramen is that it’s true to its name - it’s simple but so good.
I wasn't hungry enough for a ramen so I got the sushi lunch special and an order of the gyoza. The staff was fine but place felt sterile.
The sushi rolls in the lunch special are basic so I got a dynamite and spicy tuna roll. Pretty unremarkable but decent sized portions. The spicy tuna was respectable but the dynamite roll was flavorless and didnt have much protein in it. Couldn't tell you what fish that was.

Usually great. Come frequently for the yuzu ramen chicken which I’ve gotten for years. The serving size has been changed to literally half the size. Please go back to normal sizes.
