The staff seemed friendly and the dragonfruit refresher I ordered tasted great, but after I checked my bank statement later, I was disappointed to find that, even though I had handed the cashier a gift card to check the balance of and then use, my full total had been charged to my credit card. He did not give the gift card back to me, nor did he give me a receipt, so I can't prove anything, nor is it really worth the time. I'm disappointed regardless.

The baristas and staff are incredible. Kind, friendly and thoughtful. The kindness they showed my daughter who had just been released from the ER was heartwarming. Truly such lovely staff.

I stood and waited while Lauren was on her phone for a while then when i cleared my throat to let her know i was there( because she had her back to the counter) she put her phone away in her pocket and walked away, came back as if i had just walked up. The other young lady who was doing all the work got my order out

They don't have coffee and are unfamiliar with espresso drinks.
I went to this starbucks on my lunch break (11/28/22) and ordered a peppermint mocha. The lady who took my order was very kind and had her coworker get started on the drink right away. After receiving my drink from another worker, a short soft spoken man with glasses, I asked “Does this come with whipped cream like the picture?”. The man gave me a dirty look and said “Yes it comes with it but you were supposed to ask for it.” Then doesn’t offer to add whipped cream. I then said “Well could you please add some?” He continued to look at me as if I am inconveniencing him (I was the only customer there). He then poured a quarter of my $7 drink out and put a tiny bit of whipped cream. He closed the lid and walked away and didn’t say a thing.
Several times they have been out of cold brew on Friday mornings. Last week they only had espresso, no coffee.

My husband just got out to Target and wanted to get our son, who is only almost 2, a lemonade from Starbucks since it does not have caffeine. The worker was named Mikayla, apologizes for misspelling if I did, and she said she was awesome. They were out of lemonade, so she made our son a strawberry flavored water with strawberries on top “to make it look cool”. She did not have to do this but she wanted to. We are so grateful for people like her.
