Gratitude for very kind people in this mean ole World. I was met with grace and kindness when I accidently ordered form Westlake location instead of Bee Caves..WOW. On a rough Thursday at work, all I wanted to do is eat lunch and regroup.... Once I realized I ordered wrong location, I was expecting to have to drive over to Westlake and pick up my order. I was informed to please stay and they would honor the order there. Made fresh, so delicious...the most tasty, made with love meatball sub I have ever had form TC. I’ve gone to thundercloud subs all over Austin and have always have had great service. This location here in particular, i was treated very poorly, the customer service was horrible and the workers that were there on shift were very Racist due to the color of my skin. I will never return here.

Sandwiches are decent but the meat portion sizes are tiny. Will not be back. 2 Sandwiches with barely any meat is not worth it for $30. Can't wait for Katz to re open in Austin
