Are we serious?

For a small pizza for nearly $20 getting this type of pizza I received is DIABOLICAL.

I ordered a large, but received this small pizza due to a miscommunication error. When I voiced this was supposed to be a large, the chef and the person who took the order looked at me with blank stares and offered no type of opportunity to fix the situation because they were about to close.

I didn’t check the pizza while I was there. I just trusted that it would be a good quality pizza for the price. I’ve also had Via in the past and I’m trying to give it one final try because I’m not really finding a pizza that I like there.

Also, I learned from calling and speaking to a host that they don’t put marinara on any of their pizzas except for the pizza called the marinara so that was the pizza that I ordered because they said that was the only way I can get marinara on the bottom of the cheese so I said OK fine I’ll order it that way… only for me to get this pizza pictured below. This pizza is completely disappointing. I expected a cheesy pizza with pepperoni, LARGE, with actual edges crisped like it was put in a deep dish.

Pick up order was thoughtfully prepared and oh, soooo delicious! The host greeted me with a smile and the manager asked for clarification about my special order. Amazing customer service!

The bee cave location is great. Excellent food and fantastic service. The inside seating is plentiful so you can usually get seated quickly. Great pizza!

Had a beer at the bar waiting for my order to be ready for pickup. Friendly staff & the food is always awesome. Splurged & got cinnamon sticks too --YUM!
