The staff is polite and professional
The baristas are always so nice and friendly! The new chai tastes terrible but that's corporate not the employees fault and they tried to help me get it right. I was able to get a latte when the chai just didn't come out right. I appreciate the baristas!

The baristas are always nice and friendly. The employees are also friendly and always get the order right. The staff is friendly and the people who work there always have the best attitude and greet with a smile. People enjoy a venti iced caramel machiatto with whipped cream, a latte, a Praline Latte', and a caramel macchiato that is very well crafted. The pecan crunch for holidays is pretty legit and the new chai tastes terrible but the baristas tried to help get it right. Taylor Swift music is just perfect for a morning. The store is fully stocked with breakfast and lunch options, holiday merchandise at discounted rates and a little fruit squeeze for babies. Bathrooms are clean with baby changing tables and ample parking is available.
