This place is just so lazy! I have came here twice already and both times there is NO ONE to open for business!! The hours of operations say they open at 11 and there’s no one here! What type of boss accepts this kind of professionalism!! Makes me so frustrated because I am 8 months pregnant and I WANT ICE CREAM!! Please close your place down if you can’t work the hours you are supposed to work!!!! ???????????????

The staff were rude I walked in the store asked if I could purchase quart of ice cream I wanted it layer with different ice cream with the toppings inside the container with marshmallows, Carmel sauce the server waiting on me told me I couldn't get it that way because she has to weight the ice cream I explained I had it my way she said not at this location we don't do that so I told okay I'll just go somewhere else, so I turned around asked if the manager was on duty she looked at the other two men that were on the shift all of them said they weren't a manager so I asked if they had a manager two said no and the other server just looked off in space and continued to do what he was doing.

I preordered a cake online with a custom message I also ordered candles . I called multiple time to see if it was ready and was told it was and there were no issues . When I got the cake she told me was unable to write the message and did I want her to write in on a tiny 2in by 2 in piece of chocolate bark for an extra fee. No I do not. So I asked where ,y candle were she refused to give the,pm to me stating they weren’t on my order even tho I showed her the online from stating they were paid for, I went to grab and pack and she physically blocked me with her body screaming that I was stealing and to call the police. I told her i, not stealing I paid for the, but I will pay again they are only 1.83 a lot of hassle and headache over a $2 pack of candles . Terrible service

Last year I gave them a 5 star review,but we went there again,and have to change it. The customer service was horrible the portion got a lot smaller, the whole experience was different. Sorry but I can't recommend this location.

Visited the Bellaire location and normally we are very satisfied with service and the enormous ice cream servings. Today the service was good, but my husband and I each ordered 3 scoops in a cup and server scooped big and took off half of the scoop to try to level it off. So half of the ice cream was put back in bucket and we ended up with 3 small scoops that probably could have gone in a medium cup.. We were so disappointed with the small amount of ice cream we got for the high price we paid. Therefore we didn't get our money's worth. Don't know if we will visit this one again. Could have gone to grocery store and bought 2 half gallons of blue bell ice cream for the price we paid for a pint.

The hot and humid summer made me feel like eating ice cream. I bought cotton candy ice cream. That's beautiful! When I opened it at my home, it reminds me of high medical bills from the dentist and hospital. I mean, the ice cream is unhealthy! I gave it to kids in my neighborhood. They loved it. I got just two scoops as my guilty pleasure!

I asked if I can PLEASE use the restroom “the restroom is out of order” when I asked were you guys use the restroom they said next door. What kind of customer service is this?

We order through Door Dash and they always do a great job. My fav is rocky road and I have learned not to order rocky road from basking Robbins because the flavor is weird to us. I prefer the rocky road from marble slab. My hubby likes the banana split, I like the chocolate chip cookie dough because I am a texture person and my daughter loves the cookies and cream sundae. They do a good job of stapling the bag so there is no tampering.
