Visited the Bellaire location and normally we are very satisfied with service and the enormous ice cream servings. Today the service was good, but my husband and I each ordered 3 scoops in a cup and server scooped big and took off half of the scoop to try to level it off. So half of the ice cream was put back in bucket and we ended up with 3 small scoops that probably could have gone in a medium cup.. The hot and humid summer made me feel like eating ice cream. I bought cotton candy ice cream. That's beautiful! When I opened it at my home, it reminds me of high medical bills from the dentist and hospital. I mean, the ice cream is unhealthy! I gave it to kids in my neighborhood. They loved it. I got just two scoops as my guilty pleasure!

Last year I gave them a 5 star review,but we went there again,and have to change it. The customer service was horrible the portion got a lot smaller, the whole experience was different. Sorry but I can't recommend this location.
