Visited the Bellaire location and normally we are very satisfied with service and the enormous ice cream servings. Today the service was good, but my husband and I each ordered 3 scoops in a cup and server scooped big and took off half of the scoop to try to level it off. So half of the ice cream was put back in bucket and we ended up with 3 small scoops that probably could have gone in a medium cup.. We were so disappointed with the small amount of ice cream we got for the high...

Do I really have to say anything? I've been going to this location since I can remember, literally. I love that it's still there. Reminds me of the old Kips that was close to there. The Big Boy was right there on Bellaire Blvd.

The vine in the place was so welcoming and loving and the coworkers named Anthony and John were so helpful and patient with my order , this place is a for sure go to when u have a sweet tooth yee
