I ordered cookies for delivery as a birthday gift to a friend. The doordash driver took the cookies and said they were delivered. Crumbl was nice enough to prepare another batch and resend it. I really appreciate that so much! I would recommend picking up your cookies instead of delivery.

This is not the first time I have experienced a quality issue with this location. There have been several occasions in which my cookies were undercooked or ill proportioned. I stopped going to Crumbl for months because of this. My family and I just moved to Bellaire within the past year and the location we would normally go to is now too far away. The French toast cookie is one of my absolute favorites. I have had one in over a year, so I thought I would treat my family to some delicious cookies. I picked up my order, it was a pleasant transaction. The French toast cookies were warm everything looked great, until I got home. The French toast cookies were so hard and so was the frosting. And I mean ridiculously hard, as if they gave me the display cookies! This was undoubtedly my worst experience with Crumbl. I don’t know what is happening with that location but I will never go back again. I did contact the store immediately and they were very quick to apologize and issue a full refund. However I suspect they already knew these cookies were rock hard when they gave them to me. The employee simply put my cookies in a box. She did not prep or scoop the frosting on and fix up the cookies like they normally should at the time of pick up. I should have know something was wrong then. I’m highly disappointed. Save yourself, go to another location or better yet support a small local baker.

Whomever was working at 2pm on 5/14 needs to be fired. He had the absolute worst attitude, refused to acknowledge me when I walked in and when I asked him about the cookies and how long they’ve been sitting, he legit shrugged his shoulders. If you don’t want to work in customer facing positions, please do yourself, the corporation you work for and others patrons a favor and leave! I’ve been a Crumbl customer for almost 6 years, and not only have the quality of cookies gone down, but also the employees that work there. I remember the days when crumbl stayed packed and the employees were the best! Now it’s just a shadow of its former self. This location doesn’t have to worry about getting ANY of my business ever.
I love me some Crumbl Cookies, but let’s be real—they’d have to give me **four** of those thin chocolate chip cookies to come close to the value of a *real* classic chocolate chip cookie. 😅 That said… I keep coming back, so clearly they’re doing something right.
This Bellaire location is the closest one to me and it’s in a nice, convenient area. The staff usually seems to be teens or very young adults, and most of the time they’re pretty emotionless—just going through the motions. It never really seems *that* busy when I go, yet I rarely get my order on time.
Still, when the cookies finally arrive, they’re almost always worth the wait—even at gourmet cookie prices. 🍪
One knock on cleanliness: during my last visit, someone had spilled an entire container of frosting right outside the entrance. It was still there when I left after sitting in my car for over 10 minutes waiting for my order, which didn’t give the best impression.
All that said…I’m addicted. I’ll always find my way back at least once a month, if not weekly—assuming my paycheck can survive the gourmet cookie budget. 😬

Been there 15 minutes before closing multiple times, the guy said he couldn’t sell me more cookies because the ones he had left were for the inventory of the morning, whats the point of closing at 10 then?
