Odd, marginally maintained location. Limited seating. A family of four was there, and would have been cramped if we stayed. Walk-up, counter service, Charged $15.13 for two small scoops of ice cream - no toppings. With awkward card reader enforced tipping, my total was $18. Next time I'll wander across the street to the grocery store and get 2 half-gallons of blue bell for a better experience and save a couple of dollars.

Visited this place with my grandson and he absolutely loved this place. He wanted to try every cookie...The young ladies that were working there were very kind and courteous, very welcoming and friendly. Try this place you will not be disappointed. Btw the cookies were delicious!

This place is disgusting. I walked in not paying much attention to the sitting area. Once I ordered I went to sit with my kids and starting to look around since it was my first time there. The tables were dirty the trash can was all full of ice cream. The windows were dirty. I couldn't even finish my ice cream cookie. I left right away. I couldn't belive how nasty this place was. I don't know who the owner is but he/ she needs to clean up the place. And clean house. Don't recommend.

If I could choose zero stars, that's what I'd give this place. I ordered my son's favorite cookie cake for his birthday and when I picked it up it was totally INCORRECT. To top it off, they told me the manager made it!!!!! AND they were unable to issue a credit or refund unless the manager was there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmm...my receipt stated EXACTLY what I ordered. Thanks for ruining a milestone birthday! Did I mention it tasted HORRIBLE too? Well, it did!!!

I been here twice and the cookies are days old. Always dry and hard.Unlike any mall in America or any other Great American Cookie I've ever been to, where the cookies are fresh and soft and moist.This is the only bad gac I've ever been to.
Terrible customer service. Won't be back to this location. I should have known from the reviews that this place was not going to be good. I will be going to Crumbl from now on. Rude employees, mediocre product.

I have been regular customer since this place opened up not too long ago, let me just say, this will be no more! Dayra Reyez, should definitely not be working any customer service role because she's a rude little girl and is just flat out unprofessional. I came in today, ready to buy all my usuals and was tended to by the before mentioned employee, she began my order but when it came to making a snickers milkshake she decided she simply didn't want to (she couldn't get the blender to work) and tasked a different employee who'd just gotten there with doing it. Not having finished half my order, she moved on to a different customer. As I was getting ready to pay, Dayra once again brought her nasty attitude and Shoo'd my sister to the side so she could charge the other customer she'd decided to take before me... by the time she'd decided she was now ready to charge me, my ice creams where melted and spilling all over the counter and the milkshakes looked more like strawberry milk than anything else. I proceeded to ask for her name, she questioned me as to why I needed the information and I explained. She saw fit to say, "you're no one to tell me-". Couldn't even finish her sentence when she realized how over her attitude I was. The other employee apologized for the delay and even tried to excuse the incompetent Dayra so I assured her I'd take no action against her as I understood none of it had been her fault. Needless to say, she costed this establishment over $45 which should've been less had my little sisters not been there.

My sister placed an online order on Sunday to be picked up Monday at 2:30pmShe went to check the status of her order Monday at 1:15pm, and they had NO IDEA about the order. The lady said they forgot to picked up the order.Then said that the cookies were going to be ready by 2:30. NOT TRUE! My sister called at 3:30 and they were not ready. They didn’t know where to write the name on the cookies, and they didn’t even try to call and ask my sister. Finally the cookies were ready 11/2 hours late.
