3 people mopping around, the young man with glasses was very passive aggressive when interacting with me yet with the white man that followed me he was very courteous and polite. I don’t like to say that there is an discrimination issue but as a young latino I felt like there was a difference in the way I was seen in this Bellaire area JM, society sucks and I see why. This is the worst service at any JM I’ve gotten.

Went here with my family not too long ago after a function for one of my kids nearby. Parking was almost full, but it was during a busy lunch hour. Staff was friendly, and our order was correctly made and tasted great.

My problem is the sandwiches are pretty good but they've noticedly went up on their price and for them to ask for a tip when you're cashing out I feel like it should be the proper thing to say thank you when you're leaving a tip!
Rude, slow, inattentive and I almost forgot to mention rude. Just drive a little further and go to the Kirby location.

The staff is super friendly. I’ve had every single item on the menu. It’s absolutely delicious and fresh! My only sandwich shop to go to, never a disappointment.You know you are a regular when they call you by your name. I love supporting local business owners. Today I didn’t pay, I was like wow, why not? I was told you are a regular. That felt really good, now I’m going twice a week instead of once a week.Vegetarian options: Lotsa veggies to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Yes there is a kids menu.Parking: Parking available right in front.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it’s available.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options, and calorie count on displays.

What a horrible location. My 12 year old came in to this location on his BIRTHDAY because he received a list from his grandparents of stores that give free items on customers birthdays. We weren’t aware of an app that you had to use to get it. Anyway, the guy servicing my son was rude, and ignorant when informing my son he couldn’t get anything. It was so unnecessary how he spoke to him. Some people really just pride themselves on being is nasty as they can be. It’s not a good look.

Normally I love jersey mikes. This was my first time ordering at this location. I ordered a chipolte cheese steak bowl online. My mistake was asking for lettuce because they added a huge layer of lettuce on the bottom and a small amount of meat. I would have had more meat if I ordered an actual sandwich. The price was the same but i got way less food. Its definitely a rip offWhen we placed our orders the site said the earliest we could get it was 40 mins later. My food was cold when I got it. They probably make it as soon as they get the orders and let the food sit there. I ate it anyway because I wasn't going to waste my lunch break going back and forth but I won't ever come back to this location.
