My wife loves Crumbl. We were so disappointed when our online order was packed incorrectly and was missing the special item we paid extra for. We don't typically try to come back and get things fixed but she really wanted the limited time Tiramisu. We came back to see if Crumbl would fix the issue and they really did. They acknowledged the mistake, fixed it, and gave us a little extra for our troubles. We felt deeply valued. I think his name was Freddy?.
