The staff was attentive and the salad tasted good enough. The croissants were slightly dry, but they come with the meal so.... It is nice to be able to make your own salad because as someone who is picky when it comes to salads, trust me, it helps.

I've worked in restaurants like these - this is above and beyond. Everything is clean, well-prepped, well-presented, well-organized. It's exactly what I wanted. Can get pricey with the way they do protein/avocado but the variety and amount of things you can put in a salad as is - fantastic. Great dressing options, great ingredient options, I appreciate things like beets, cilantro, black beans and broccoli being on the line as those aren't always the easiest or most convenient things to prep consistently.
Everything looks and tastes FRESH. Fatima helped me and did a great job. I'm just so thankful a place like this exists in my hometown. I will be back many times!
