My subway rewards don't work. Always greeted upon entering. My sandwich is always so good. Close to my job so I don't spend too much of my lunch getting food. I always go to this location. The restrooms are located on the outside.

The management is rude and horrible. Greedy with the food and products when asking for extra. Ordered a footlong garlic beef salad and only got the portions for a six inch. Asked for extra spinach and just got a few leaves.

They are always out of everything. Sodas are always out, machines are dirty, cookies are old and hard, random cheeses they don’t have enough. The lady with the glasses is rude and has an attitude with the vegetables. She over charges

NO STARS no option for it DO NOT order online they messed up all my sandwiches. The guy that was there works night young hispanic look like he was high on drugs and I believe he was. To even mess up the type of bread he did not put the veggies I requested put all sandwiches had different bread. I called and he didn't pick up. Then I made an online complaint to Subway and no one reached out. I found out he mess them up when I got home. Waste of money couldn't eat it. They have bad service too he was stuck in the back when I was there and there's always homeless people who hang out inside like after 5 pm. Never ordering from here.

Excellent Subway in a cute little location with the exception of a couple of staff members. Nevertheless, this review is dedicated to Oscar, an ordinary employee at this location who works with such great energy and care as if he is the franchisee and owner of this restaurant. This past Friday I was at this location for almost 3 hours working on my tablet and eating my meal and I couldn't help but notice this individual work so effortlessly, I wanted to confront him and ask him if he was the owner of the place as I am franchisee myself and I like connecting with like-minded people but I didn't choose to at that point. However, I guess the universe had other plans as my phone died on me and I needed it to be turned on again in order to call an uber to get back to my hotel room as I am a visitor in the United States coming from Canada. That's when I thought it's best to ask Oscar for help with the above and also ask him about his status at the restaurant. I spoke to him thinking he was owner and I learned that he is just an employee who loves his customers and chooses to work with great dedication because of that even though he literally gets paid in pennies (I asked him as I grew friendly with him). Now, I am no one to tell the actual operator of this location on how to run his or her business, but I'll just say people like Oscar should be valued because in business people and your employees are everything and what keeps the business alive and running, without them sales wouldn't occur let alone any increase. Thankfully, my volunteer-work location is about a 15-minute walk from this place so I'll be in and out a lot and hopefully I'll see Oscar again working with the same enthusiasm and a smile on his face! Thank you, Oscar for making me feel comfortable and appreciated at the restaurant that day! It was nice having a brief conversation with ya! I'll be back! I ❤ Subway. ?
