my experience with okay I just didn't like the fact they rushed my food and it's sad cuz I used to work for Sonic and even though it wasn't a job that I wanted I still take pride in it
I was having trouble with the Sonic App, I went thru drive thru and let them know, but I was told they couldn't assist with the app. So, the discount I should have received by using the app was not honored. Such a disappointment.
Ordered after 10 pm. It took 15 minutes to get 2 blasts that were ordered in the app ahead of time. The screen said my order was on it's way. It wasn't till 10 minutes later it actually came. I pushed the button to talk to them and they never responded.
